Jonathan is an outstanding realtor.. He listened carefully and made sure he knew what kind of property I was looking for. At one point , I was almost ready to compromise on things like closet space and master bath, but he advised me to keep looking. I am glad I did because I am really happy with the home I purchased. My husband had lots of questions during the document signing process, Jonathan explained things very well. He never sounded frustrated or annoyed despite us having so many questions. Jonathan worked extra hard, he was having to communicate and email both me and my spouse separately, since my spouse was out of town. Every time I sent him a listing he was quick to show me the house. He never tried to pressurize me into a home purchase.. He was very knowledgeable about houses, quick to point out positive and negative features in a house, which can be missed by an inexperienced buyer such as myself. I felt very comfortable trusting him. He gave excellent advice. In this competitive housing market , he was able to negotiate a deal on the house we loved. Jonathan is simply the best and I would highly recommend him to my colleagues , family and friends.

Jonathan was a great real estate agent. He really took the time to show my husband and I the houses we wanted to see and gave his honest opinion on what he saw while we looked. He was able to answer any questions that we had and was quick to follow up with us. He made the buying process so easy for us and also gave us a wonderful gift basket when we closed on our new house. I reccomend Jonathan to anyone who is looking for an agent. You aren't going to find anyone better!

Jonathan has a keen eye for detail and was helpful in pointing out things in the home that needed updating which made it look brighter and newer. His communication skills are excellent , both with buyer and seller , which made the transaction smooth and seamless. The brochure he had made for the sale of the home was extremely well done and professional. Actually there were a couple of incidences where he went beyond his call
of duty as a realtor to help me while the house was on the market . Always punctual , always organized , just a great guy , wonderful realtor.

If I had to summarize my experience with Jonathan in three words, they would be honest, helpful, and hardworking. He didn't just try to throw us in the first house that we looked at. He made sure that what we were getting was the perfect fit for us. He took much time explaining things to us, which was especially helpful as we are first time homebuyers.
Having all the of the documents available online for us to go through and review whenever we needed to was extraordinarily helpful as well. Beyond that he constantly communicated what was going on so that we were never left in the dark. If I could rate him higher than five stars, I wouldn't hesitate.
