Had a recent issue with an older HVAC unit at my rental home with Dream Big Property Management that was not holding an acceptable temperature . Reached out to management on Tuesday morning. They had a tech out there by 2pm, assessed the situation and are in the process of replacing the unit 6 days later. All of this at the peak of the sweltering summer months. Dream Big provided constant communication via email, text and phone. Not once did I have to initiate any follow up communication. Having managed luxury apartment communities in my previous career, timeliness and communication were paramount in maintaining my renter's satisfaction. Dream Big has far exceeded my expectations and reaffirmed my belief that great property managers still do exist! Thanks Brian and team!

This is a great property management company. Whenever we needed repairs we would sign into app and select work order -new- and within the day they would respond to the issue. After that they would update a day or time to complete issue. Also just a phone call away to understand issue and when completion could be made.

This review is long overdue.
I was looking to rent my condo almost two years ago at this point. Yelp has always done right by me so I trusted the recommendations. I spoke with a few other property managers and everyone was wanting to rent my condo for a lot less. Brian agreed to rent it at a price we were comfortable with.

Brian was very good at communicating and was patient with all of our questions. My husband met with him initially and then we met with him again after I reviewed the contract at home.

Everything looked good. We updated a few things in the condo in preparation to rent it and he gave us a few other good suggestions as well. Brian was a property manager I felt knew what he was doing and we got the sense he would take care of everything for us.

The monthly amount for his services is great and we have peace of mind with Brian's services. We have a landlord portal to sign into, we get our yearly tax form and an email each month right before we receive our deposit. It's also nice that if the tenant puts in a maintenance request, we receive an email as a courtesy, but Brian takes care of everything!

We are absolutely pleased with Brian as our property manager and when we decide to purchase another investment property we will absolutely ask Brian to help us out with that as well. We cannot recommend Brian enough!

We live in NorCal, close to the Bay Area where our aging parents live. We purchased a property in SoCal near our son’s family as our potential retirement home, and Brian Bean has been our property manager for more than two years.

Brian’s no-rush philosophy in finding the right tenants works very well; he takes time to screen applications, cull through potential tenants’ profile, and typically within two months’ time frame he would inform us his well thought out recommendations, followed by a lease signing. All the tenants that Brian brought in are excellent: reasonable, attentive, and cordial.

Brian is responsive in respond to our tenants’ maintenance requests which he communicates with us. He consults with his longtime colleague and professional contacts for inputs or suggestion, then he gauges the situation, assesses the amount of work involved to have the problems fixed, and informs us of the details. The project would not start until we give him a green light. After the maintenance projects are completed, Brian will make follow up contacts with the tenants, making sure everything is running properly at the house.

We anticipate repairs but we also expect reasonable maintenance expenses. And Brian has put us at ease with his efforts in finding the best option and coordinating all the nuances of maintenance logistics. He also makes sure that he gets confirmation from the tenants that the issues are taken care of.

In conclusion, we really appreciate Brian’s understanding of his business. He takes the time to know us and we respect each other. He handles the management affairs professionally and proactively initiates ways to get things done properly at very reasonable costs. Thank you, Brian, you really take the stress out of renting out a property.
