Matthew was extremely helpful in the sale of my lot especially because it was off season. He promoted my property thru multiple listings, along with a aerial view. He checked in weekly and sometimes sooner to provide updates of of the activities involved in the sale. He provided direction when I had trouble with repair work that wasn't permitted and helped me with coordinating with the contractor and county to obtain repair work and the permit approval. It was a fairly quick sale and he managed all the disclosure paperwork and sale and answered all my questions. I felt that I could trust him because he actually follows through with everything he committed to doing and more. He conducts himself with high business ethical standards and knowledgeable realtor. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. He's just a genuine nice person to partner and cares about his customers having a good satisfying experience during the sales process.
