Oh where do I begin.. The marketing team is great and responsive. But the responsiveness ends there. They put "available now" on the property that's not available. They collect applicants and don't process the application on time. I applied on the first week of October for a place to rent. They told me they'll get back at me by mid October. Called them once a week after that, but they said the unit is still being fixed and there were applicants ahead of me whose applications need to be processed first. Early November, I called again. They told us that the unit has been rented to a person ahead of me. They then offered to transfer the application to the next unit that "will" be available on the 21st of November. Promised to give me a decision by the 14th. I followed up regularly and guess what? Nothing. No words. No decision. No approval nor rejection. The applications probably were never processed at all at they just ate that $40 application fee for me and my partner.
So false advertising, scamming (my application fee?!), and highly unprofessional as I have to follow up all the time even when they promised to call back.
In my experience, average turn around time for processing an application is 1-3 business days. So yeah, don't bother to apply if you're in rush to rent a place.

I had went and viewed the apt on a wed and submitted my application on a Friday in addition I walked additional paperwork into the office on the same day. I called and was wanting an update on my application and the person I spoke to said that I had 2 apps ahead of mine. That was fine but on the following week she called me and said that my application was approved with circumstances they wanted me to put down double my deposit which was $3200. As much as I wanted that apt, I had to let it go. That hurt. But maybe some other time. That was so unfair.

You will never get in contact with anyone over the phone. Don’t let Norma fool you. She’ll stop being attentive the moment you move in. I could write about how terrible this property management group is forever, but I don’t want to waste more time on them. Everything in these pictures is either a current problem or a problem that was there for way too long and has been “fixed” over and over again.

Do NOT rent from this management company. They do not take care of their tenants or any issues on the property. We have had a leak in our bathroom for 6 months now and they have yet to fix it. Our bathroom is now flooding everyday when the upstairs unit showers. We’ve called everyday and we’re told someone will come out, but they never do. We’ve had issues in the past and it took them at least a month to come “look” at the issue and not fix it. Very unprofessional and lazy. They shouldn’t be in business anymore.

Norma scammed me and my co-signers out of application fees. Just to deny us, lie and give us the absolute run around when the reality is that she already had gave up the unit. Complete waste of time and bad business. Just a company who is all about money.

No one ever answers the phones at their main office or any of their properties. No matter what time of day or how many messages you leave. It’s probably indicative of their management style, “if we don’t answer the phone, we don’t have any problems.” Take your chances with any of the other slumlord companies in the city, at least they give you the illusion of professionalism.

This Management company is the Worst I have ever dealt with. Basic slum loads on their best behavior until you rent from them, then they are just Slum loards!!
Extremely unprofessional ( I can't express that enough).
Please do not rent from this Management company if you dont absolutely have to. You will end up regretting your decision!!

Cadman Group has been awesome so far, especially property manager Norma! She has been very responsive and attentive to all of our needs and we feel very welcomed by the team! Thank you, Cadman Group! We're so excited about our new home.
