Cheryl is really great. Living in downtown was a breeze and Cheryl was always on top of making sure if there were any issues to resolve it right away. I really appreciated that. I've been a tenant in one of Cheryl's rentals in Sun City Lincoln Hills since December 2015. Ever since day 1, I've felt I'd hit the jackpot. Having never dealt with a property manager before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Cheryl basically welcomed us with open arms and had answers for our questions and has so much helpful information about this community we moved into. I've felt well taken care and couldn't be any more satisfied with the relationship we have with Cheryl. She keeps us informed, answers any inquiries and responds immediately to requests for service. She's got a roster of really competent and friendly craftsmen to do whatever services are needed. We are starting on our tenth year of living here and are just so pleased with all parts our relationship with this wonderful woman. If more stars were available, she would have them.

To start off, I must say Cheryl is an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been my property manager for three different units I have rented in the past five years and she has always treated me with the upmost respect.
