I am so glad I have Cypress Property Management to manage my 2 properties. Mallory always returns my calls or texts within the hour. The Cypress team keeps me informed about repairs need to be done along with the estimates. Once I give the okay they immediately take care of the situation. I have been so pleased with this company that my brother is now using them. He is pleased as well with Allison's help with his property.
I would highly recommend Cypress Property Management.

If I had to describe my experience with the staff I’d say unprofessional, passive aggressive, lacking effective communication skills.

When I asked about the dead bugs in my light fixtures piss stains in my toilet upon move in they said 🤷‍♂️ whoopsie (I’m sure I’ll get charged a cleaning fee when I move out)

Told me they’d send a contractor to remove all the moldy carpet when I called him he said wait what? I thought it was just a broken tile 😂

Offered to break my lease inside of the first month rather than admit fault and just fix everything

A shame Fresno housing is so abysmal a company like this has managed to stay in business womp womp :/

CPM was amazing from start to finish. They went out of their way to find my family a beautiful property, quickly. We were in a bad way at a different property and found mold, CPM helped us quickly transition into a safe home and made the process extremely easy and comfortable. We are so thankful for their leaders and their team!

The team at cypress did a great job of communicating back with my family and I. They let us know if we still needed other documents to be submitted and also the status on the application. Would Really recommend to anyone looking for a place to have this team assist you

I'm disappointed at the fact that this rental company lacks professional and communication. I've had nothing, but a bad experience with them. Kyle is horrible at communication, he never returns messages so I don't know where the problem starts! Is it because the receptionist Crystal is not doing her job, pretending to take notes and offers words of sympathy and concern AND not relating the message OR is it a lack on Kyle's end!! If it is such a burden to return a tenant's call then this line of work isn't for you!! I had to miss an entire day of work just waiting on the inspector to come out supposedly btwn 9-11am, but ended coming out at 2:50pm instead. NOBODY from the rental office had the curtesy to call and communicate the reason for the delay except when I called and inquired about it!! EVERYTHING about this rental office is extremely unprofessional. Need new staff members that will take their job seriously because as a tenant, I pay my rent on time every month and I expect that the lack of professionalism be looked at. I'm not very happy about the unnecessary charges that are being being deducted from my deposit. Additional charges were made up to keep more of my deposit. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RENTAL EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY! Some folks shouldn't be working there!! Kyle, Crystal, Joanne, Mallory and other staff members there needs to step up their game or be replaced with folks who will attend to the needs of the tenants on a serious and professional level. NEGATIVE 10 is my rating!!

You guys need to be careful with this Cypress Property Company.... especially with Adam ( Sweet Two Face). Don't trust him, the receptionist with a bitter face and the chubby lady in charge of the paperwork... They make you apply and also they make apply other members in the family over 18 years, so they can collect more money in each application, they make u think you are going to get the house for rent and they wait certain time, to let you know that you don't qualify.... THEY JUST WANT THE MONEY, it's their way of "Business" collecting application fees and making people and owners house wait for a long periods to rent a house. They told me that I didn't qualify for their houses... So we applied for other companies, and we started all the process again.... after 2 weeks Monica from C&C property Management called me and told me that I was approved for a 2 history beautiful house for rent on C&C Property Management for $2300. I got the house, and I live now in this house... So how do you explain that I didn't qualify for Cypress houses but I got this beautiful house on C&C property Management..... I will report this to the California Department of Consumers Afairs, Autority House, and BBB, FOR sure.
