If I could give negative stars I would!!! This place is horrible to rent from, please look at the reviews and go look at the units before moving! I was given 3 -4 different leases to start should’ve been my first red flag. I was told come after 2pm for move in and I didn’t arrive until 4pm and it was super hot, floors still wet from steam and appliances not even plugged in. I was missing multiple shelves in the kitchen cabinets and upstairs hallway closet. Missing and non working outlets. Pest control tried to force their way in multiple times even while using the key bc I’d be sleeping from working nights. I literally had to put a sign up that started if you can’t get in w/the key it’s bc I’m home, ring the doorbell! Always trash and water leaks outside! Fast forward I informed I’d be moving Oct21,2024 . I left Nov7th,keys in hand and all. 60day notice and started I’ll be leaving ahead of time. Also informing I did leave a small chest and my rent would be late due to my move. The lady in the office informed me it’s fine and I would be able to make payments and get prorated if leaving before my 60days are up. Not I checked my email and it states I owe $3200! It will not allow my to see what they charged for and no one could give me any explanation in the office except $300 damage fee for the small chest and one piece of a blind that had broke that was already fragile, a bag of hangers and a skateboard. Mean while the unit still clean! All information I was given from the office is invalid according to my move and I can’t even open the statement for telling me my own information is incorrect! This system is corrupt!!!! Do not rent from Dira East

If I could give a zero I would. DR is the worst property management company I have ever done business with in over 30 years of renting properties! Work orders do not get completed! They do not approve the reward redemptions in a timely manner. Now that the property is being turned over to a new group, they’re not approving anything! Piss pour business ethics! This property used to be pristinely kept. Look at it now!

So I have an outstanding balance with my old apartment for $910. Over the last year I’ve received numerous emails to settle for 50%. At the time I was unable to pay the half due to catching up on bills since I was out of work for almost a year. I was trying to settle this week 2/11, and now Terri Begg (who has been completely rude to me) told me they can only honor 20% LOL. I literally sent her proof of HER literally emailing me offering 50% and she literally refused to honor it saying that offer expired, but she literally said she can ONLY honor 20% and that’s been proven untrue.

So now I’m reporting the company for false advertisement and lying ontop of her very rude exchange. She’s threatened to send my account to collections (it’s been 6 years it’s already in collections LOL) and she’s been threatening that for years in the same email how ridiculous LOL! Also there are several different account numbers for me which is FRAUDULENT. I’ve also attached several emails where she’s offered me 50% over MULTIPLE years SAME PERSON so ridiculous!

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY‼️. Property was subpar for the rent price, front gate never worked so there were tons of break ins. Amenities never open, filthy units that are old and outdated. LOL RUN when you see them and I’ll probably file a lawsuit.

I left a message at the corporate number for someone to call me because management was attempting to commit and unlaw act regarding a holding deposit. I also emailed Dasmen Residential because no one answered the phone. See the message below.

I am reaching out to seek your professional assistance with a matter concerning the Mirella North Apartment Community in Tampa, Florida.
Management is attempting to engage in an unlawful practice pertaining to a holding fee. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the specifics of this situation with you at your earliest convenience. THE EMAIL YOU HAVE LISTED IN COMMENTS DOES NOT WORK!

Sure wish we had read the reviews prior to doing work. Any vendors out there... believe what you read here. They will not pay you. I could post a screen shot like the one below a 100x.

I have several pictures of how this place has gone down and constantly losing good maintenance people changing management constantly now Dasmen residential has taken over this place and you can never get them on the phone. You go into the leasing office and the people there are very rude I just encountered a young lady named Christina they have charged me an extra $500 on my rent for the month because they put me a month a month and when I have a lease agreement and I have been trying to get the resolved for 2 days and now she's telling me it won't get resolved until Tuesday I'm not paying any late fees to this company I've tried to reach them by phone they go straight to voicemail didn't return any calls. Think three times. The real photos. This does not include water damage

1 star is being nice I wish I could give them 0 stars, let’s see where do I start. My mom moved in to one of there establishment in Charlotte NC back in 2022 after she retired I personally worked with Jimenja to ensure my mom had a easy transition into her new apartment, my mom was told that there was a move in special to receive 2 months free. My mom paid the security deposit along with 4 months worth of rent so 6 months of rent was suppose to be accounted for. My mom moved into the unit carpet smelled like cat piss, appliance were ages old, the neighbor had trash in front of their apartment with 3 cats running around. My mom gave them the benefit of doubt continue to pay her rent on time and never missed a payment. She started having a Maintence issue that seemed to take forever to fix, it seemed like if you weren’t Spanish they treated you any kind of way. Moving forward it’s time to renew her lease for the second year again I was skeptical because they decided to raise the rent on a 1 bedroom that had old appliances, nothing updated and it just wasn’t worth it, my mom renewed the lease with her account still in good standing, fast forward to her moving out in May 2024 they send a bill for almost 2,000.00 saying the security deposit was put towards her account, how was that? If the security deposit was suppose to be sent to Bank of America and returned when she moved out and she was suppose to receive 2 months free. No one knows so they provide us with Terri Begg contact information we emailed her twice once in June and once in July called several times and she was never available. I return to copper creek today to see why did she not reach out to us they send her an email only for her to respond with your account has been sent to Sentry Credit Inc, how when Jimenja made the mistake now my mother has to be charged for a mistake your staff made make it make sense. The communication is HORRIBLE, the accountability is Unacceptable, the establishment is nasty and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !

DO NOT rent or deal with this company under any circumstances. Their staff is a revolving door of workers and they are slow to respond to any issues, IF they respond at all. The residents at my location threw their dog crap bags over the fence (despite a dog crap station and trash can in this exact spot) and I completed 3 maintenance requests and follow-up emails to clean up this area and the dog crap bags hanging from trees, all were ignored (see photo attached, how disgusting.) Currently they are stating I didn't pay a security deposit even after I sent them the check copy and documentation as such, such a disgusting business practice. They seemed shady since my first impression and confirmed that throughout my rental and even after it terminated. The unit I lived in had frequent visits from the authorities, it never felt like a safe place to live for me and my child.

You can already see the plethora of negative reviews here but for your sake, AVOID this company at all costs.
