Placerville Realty Property Management managed our rental for more than a dozen years, finding reliable tenants for us. This year (2024), Graeme, the new manager and co-owner, successfully sold the home for us. As our agent, he made sure the home was in tip-top shape to be sold for a reasonable price in a difficult market. Having been a long-time client, I should emphasize that this property management company has modernized its reporting and management system by introducing a convenient owner’s portal, where all work orders, expenses, payments, etc. are recorded for easy inspection. Highly recommended.

My wife and I moved into a rental home managed by Placerville Realty Property Management that we stayed in a little over a year and honestly, working with them (specifically Graeme), was probably the best experience we've ever had as renters. Throughout the time we lived in the home, there were plenty of unexpected maintenance issues (some big) that needed attention and upon contacting Graeme, they were ALL handled expeditiously! Graeme was always kind, thoughtful, courteous of our schedule, and welcoming of open lines of communication. Upon moving out, I actually had a shoulder surgery and he coordinated completely with my wife and made the entire process as easy as possible. I was actually hoping that there would be another property managed by Placerville Realty Property management that we could move into, but unfortunately nothing came up in time. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Placerville Realty Property Management and if my wife and I ever have the opportunity to again sometime in the future, we'd jump at the opportunity!

We were so fortunate to have Graeme at Placerville Realty Property Management manage our property in El Dorado County, Ca. We were unable to sell our home in 2022 before moving out of state. After hiring Graeme, he was able to find excellent tenants to rent our home, they (along with Graeme) took such good care of the place, we were sorry to put the home back up for sale again this year, but had to because of time constraints. As an added bonus, Graeme agreed to be the listing agent in selling our home; it sold quickly, exceeding our expectations. Graeme is trustworthy and honest, we highly recommend him for your property management and real estate needs.

Placerville Reality has managed my property for the past year. They have been prompt to respond to my requests and, just as importantly, my tenant's.

When repairs are needed, they are dealt with immediately and effectively. I am kept informed on the costs, timeline and status. Every month I receive a financial report with a breakdown of costs and income. Their management fee is reasonable.

My tenants and I are very happy with their service. I highly recommend Placerville Realty.

The 1yr that my wife and I rented from Gram was a very good experience, when ever anything needed done it was done in a quick and professional manner. Also at time of move out Gram kept his word on everything that was discussed, and he never picked us apart on the deposit return.
I would highly recommend Gram at Placerville property management to anyone that needs to rent.

If I could give no stars I would. They said we prequalified and asked us to pay $40 for app fee but we would rather see the residence first before putting any money down towards trying to rent it. Unsure if it was because of that or not but 100% we were not prioritized at all.
Both of us work throughout the week and off weekends. Graeme told us they can show properties Mon-Sat 8-5p. We then asked for Saturday so we didn’t have to take time off work to view property. He pushed us for week days and early afternoons and we again asked for Saturdays but felt we had to take time off and instead of accepting accountability on his part for even mentioning Saturday he was rude to us and short in his emails. Would not recommend. Just saw reviews and boy oh boy, Steve seems to enjoy attacking his negative reviewers. The first rule of good business etiquette is that you should behave toward your customers. You need to be considerate and thoughtful to those around you regardless of the situation. Just a suggestion.

Placerville Realty has been our Property Management for over 3 years. We have never had any issue with Placerville Realty during this time. Steve Baker has always rented our home to great tenants & has been a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Placerville Realty to anyone who is in search of a rental or a property owner wanting to list with a Management team. We have dealt with rentals for many years, doing it ourselves & so glad we finally hired a professional Realty company to rent/manage our rental. We now have A lot less stress in our lives.. We find Steve Baker & Placerville Realty very professional & I recommend anyone needing assistance to give them a call.
