Lived here for 3 years horrible management and people . Has bad pest problems, stray cats , dirty non working Laundromat, no assigned parking, trash wasn’t picked up for a week straight because the owner didn’t pay waste management, property was under foreclosure several times . Bad pluming never fixed properly. Maintenance people are not certified and found off the streets . The owner Noel Meza jr is the epitome of a slum lord ! . Rent kept increasing, tried charging for water , never fixed repairs . When the ac unit was broke they never fixed it & put in leaky used acs in the windows that would fall out . The cats and pest problems is out of control , when you report it , he would only provide cheap bed bug and roach foggers that didn’t work . He and his team do a lot of wicked things and even when you get the law involved he won’t answer his phone . This apartment’s aren’t even livable , they paint over & board up the real problem only to charge to charge you up to 1050 to 1200 for water .

The pool is always green with algae & infected no property management, aka Sonia Williams is located all the way in Lancaster so she cant properly assist with maintenance either , there’s bad outages due to the roach & bed bug infestation from inside the power sockets . These are the worst apartments in Blythe . Save yourself from this nightmare!!!!

Stay far far away from this place. No ac (it breaks and they won’t fix it) black water (my family’s hair is falling out cause of it) broken pool (it’s been a swamp for 3 months) plumbing is no good and there’s mold under the paint. Oh and they charge $100 water and trash monthly on top of almost $1000 rent. Management won’t fix anything here rent elsewhere
