Also, if she misses my call she's calling me back before I'm even done leaving a voicemail. I really like this property management compared to all the others I have rented from. I did extensive due diligence on property management in Fresno. It is because of Jennifer Browning that I went with Liberty management. She had extensive insight into the current market conditions and the value of my property. I’ve had my property in her hands for 4 years with 0 vacancies. Whenever I’ve needed to make repairs, It was professionally handled through homeowners warranty or getting contractors in to complete the job in a timely manner. I’ve never had any problems receiving payment. At the end of the year I get a complete breakdown of all the expenses that it went into the property, so I have good tax information. My experience with Liberty Property Management has been great! My husband and I applied for a condo, and Courtney had everything processed within a day. She was super sweet and helpful, and got us approved quickly. Jennifer has been our go to girl after being approved, and I must say, she is amazing! She has made the transition super smooth. We had a few things in our home that needed to be taken care of, and the next business everything was handled. Do not believe the negative reviews. Anyone can be upset for whatever reason, and be quick to write a review if they do not get their way. Not as many people write reviews if they have had a good experience.We are very thankful we are in good hands.
