Surprisingly not good at cleaning windows, will leave your house dirty, and will not fix it when they come back.

The first time that they came, the guys didn't wear booties inside the house, tracked all kinds of dirt in, and just had so many excuses for why they couldn't do a good job. Not one of the windows was "streakless". But we decided to focus just on one problem area.

We have one large bay windows that is hard to get to. We know that. That's why we hired professional window cleaners.

The team finally came back...they did a much better job this time....but there's still dirt stuck to the window. They said it's the best they can do... At least this time, they wore the booties.

Did I mention that they continually put off coming back to fix this? Rescheduled on us 3-4 times. The last time, they rescheduled and didn't even tell us. We found out when the contacted us the day before to confirm.

We made a huge mistake going with Streakless. They refused to come look at the house to bid the job....two other companies came out, looked at these windows, and said, "sure, we can clean those". Streakless showed up to do the work and had a ton of reasons why they can't.

Now, I'm going to have to hire one of the "can-do" options we spoke to....

Not happy after many years of being on a maintenance program with this company they raised their prices significantly by 22% per washing without informing the customer. After much back and forth with the company they said they slipped in the price raise in fine print on a confirmation of date of cleaning email. They should have sent a separate letter or email stating a 22% increase before their service so an informed decision could be made about moving forward. I paid the company but canceled my services with them. It just felt very underhanded. Even the owner ask the office manager in an email “ I don’t see an email to this customer with the price increase, how can we inform customers so it’s not a surprise?” Not cool at all. If the owner didn’t see the inclusion of the price increase how is the customer supposed to see it? I don’t mind at all paying workers for they work if the pricing is upfront and clear

10 out of 10 service. I was very impressed. These courteous workers delicately removed our old and warped window screens without damaging them. Often workers are in a hurry and end up break things but not this company.

The washing was thorough and our windows look fantastic. I told them we have a leaking window so they washed that one gently by hand. At the end, they took the time to walk me through the job and explained details of spotting, etc. on each window. Talk about 5-star treatment. Most other workers would just say the job is done and leave. This company is very polished and professional.

To top it off, they set-up a large ladder and fixed a gutter that had come loose that I could not reach. Thank you.

Excellent company. They bill hourly rather than on a bid and their workers are very efficient so it's a good value. We have a lot of glass including skylights and solar panels. The work was top notch, communication was excellent and the workers were very polite and tidy.

These two nice clean, uniformed men arrived promptly at 7:30 am. One took the inside, one took the outside. I took a nap. 2 1/2 hrs later my 37 windows were SPARKLING AND STREAKLESS. This is the 2nd time I’ve hired them! High recommendations!
