God awful management company. Totally ignorant crooks. They told me I was 2 months behind on rent suddenly with no late notices and tried to evict me and when I produced receipts no apologies were given not even a response. They left multiple units in my complex with broken and boarded up windows and left the only laundry room with broken equipment with zero intention to fix it. On top of all of the general incompetency and malicious vapidity they also attempted to raise my rent after leaving the unit to rot and ignoring maintenance requests. Worst company I've had the misfortune of being under. Can't explain how glad I am my landlord kicked these rats to the curb

This place is a rental office. The owner is very nice mature adult and has the most beautiful homes for rent. I believe he also has apartments. The office staff are very nice and helpful, great customer service.

I am so happy our landlord left this company. They are the worst when it comes to communication with tenants and simple repairs. They are quick to raise rent on people during a Pandemic. We always paid our rent on time during the tough times but shame on their tactics.

The positive reviews are all from employees and their relatives and cannot be trusted. One of the most unprofessional groups of people I've ever worked with. The property where I live and have been living for a number of years was briefly associated with this company and it was the worst year myself and many of my neighbors have experienced. They were slow to tell the property owner about repairs needed, they outright lied to the owners on some tenants (I walked in to pay my rent one afternoon and found one of the women telling the owners over the phone how filthy one of the apartment's were and saying the appliances were broken, there was a hole in one shower wall and cockroaches everywhere. I thought to myself wow, I wonder whose unit that is? Then she says my apartment letter as she turns around to reach for my rent money orders and recognition set in. Her eyes got huge and she started sputtering all Oh, uh, uh can I um put you on hold just a minute uh....) I contacted the owners myself, they checked the apartment and saw none of it was true. After that they dumped this company for a new one. Strictly a ghetto operation. Avoid it at all costs.

The office staff lies.
Read there website call and ask for those names. See what Professionals you get, via phone. This company of Family and Friends Conspire with each other by phone & email. They haven't done anything for tenants at complex Blue Haven. I have put in calls to speak to the owner of this business about an on site live in manager. Been weeks nothing. The complex Blue Haven have bug infestation units, no proper AC units working or Fridges. Not complying with section 8 housing but who cares in Fresno? People pay there rent on time. What is the excuse next? Oh you have to give us more time because of covid19 it's been months or weeks for some tenants. Get to work about Manger Carla/Karla she can't handle her job. Is she sick? No shoes, no mask. She just keeps calling the cops on the residents can she handle her job in these new times? Because she isn't wearing a mask coming to people's front doors with one on. The way she approaches the people visiting is like I own this place I am a bully I rule this complex it's mine. I have plenty of pictures with staped dates and times. You already know this because you guys have cameras that work right? or you just say they are working? But they really don't when the cops need to review tape? If this company is Carla/Karla boss why are you not supplying her with mask in her office or home on site? She acts like she owns every unit and wants to know everyones business in "her" complex, she leaves you kinda feeling like she is a stocker out of a horror film. Dear, Fresno Housing Authorities & James Hendricks please do something about hurting the less fortunate. Please care about your tenants your organizations and business Fresno, Ca. Make a difference, help one another but don't send and eviction to someone's front door slot with no explanation on it during covid19. Ring ring hello attorneys hello lawyers. Because you care but you don't really Mr. Hendricks. Nor does the office staff via phone. One the Phone office staff names don't add up said we are done here and hung up on me on July 21, 2020 main office. Well supervisors name on the website you claimed you were the supervisor of the company over the phone names don't add up. Liars and stealers conspiring company. I can't wait to find my loved one a new place and be able to move again in 2021.

These people are a joke. They "conveniently" circulate a memo in our apartments that states if we have trouble paying rent due to the "pandemic" to make arrangements but last week they sent me a 3 day notice to pay... ( I own my own small business) and they know this. What do I like about you rent raising ppl NOTHING AT ALL. And you shouldn't either. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

The Account woman is rude. The secretaries in the front are nice. The lady in the front office is a loyal really nice lady. But in all, I would not recommend that place to anyone.

Had job interview and was greeted upon entering the office with a gteay welcoming smile. My interviewee was nice a professional went threw the interviewing process and was able to connect with her very well, but now just waiting for the results. Thanks staff at James Hendricks and associates cant wait to become part of your team.
