When I decided I wanted to sell my house, I reached out to Danielle Salk at Eleven Real Estate Group. I found her through a referral from a friend, and I had no idea at that time what an amazingly solid realtor she would turn out to be. Danielle and her entire team at Eleven Real Estate Group, especially Jurg Spoerry, patiently walked me through every step of the process. Once they took on this job, the only thing that was important to them was to advise and advocate for my interests. What was in it for them was never a thing.

My house, though charming, turned out to be rather difficult to sell. Among other issues, it became clear we needed to do a major repair to the septic system before we could sell the house – no quick or simple task in San Geronimo Valley. At this point Danielle and Jurg could have left me to deal with this on my own. It was clear to me that they would be doing more work to sell this house than the commission would ever be worth after the sale. But they pulled the listing off the MLS and began to spearhead the effort to pull together the engineer, contractor and the multitude of requisite county inspections and helped me navigate the arduous world of septic repair in Marin County.

After the better part of a year, we were able to put the house back on the market and get the best possible deal I could have hoped for. In fact, for one of the smallest houses in Marin, I believe I got the highest price per square foot in the County.
