Put in application got approved the 25th of last month and my deadline to move was the first but they didn’t contact me until today, via text @ 8pm. I’ve had to move somewhere else already and they won’t give me my application fee back and they neglected their duties to fulfill their end of the application process for ten days, five days past our deadline which they assured us they would be able to beat but can’t even answer the phone.

This place doesn’t ever answer their phones and they don’t care what goes on at their apartments they manage! I was left without working toilets and mold for SIX WEEKS and I finally had to hire a plumber and pay $800 to fit it all myself after they said no to getting it fixed!!! Not to mention if the apt manager doesn’t like u…they’ll try and force u out any way they can and it’s not right!!!! I’ve been here SIX months and for all they know we are still in mold and don’t have any working toilets still ?

Update:Now they’ve blocked me from being able to pay my rent on the portal.I’ve done nothing wrong and never been late on rent .Sure seems like if they don’t like u they’ll try and get u out any way they can.

Lived in their college court property. Nice property for college students, the landlord was NOT communitive, some tenants went without water for X amount of weeks, once my power was shut off for no explanation and there was no emergency line to communicate with the landlord, they barely answer phones/email.

Do not rent here!!! Mold, roaches, bedbugs
Highland Ridge apartments are slumlords. Feces spew on floors with bad plumbing!!They illegally towed cars because the staff has partnership with tow company!! I have a parking sticker and permit to legally park here! No cars were tagged or given warnings. No notes or letters were put on doors!! My car was in a parking space. Not in a no parking zone or illegal space. Class action coming soon!!! Anyone else please contact me if you experienced this illegal act of discrimination!!! It’s $200 plus $50 each day they keep the car!! This is near Christmas time and holidays!!

Do not live in COLLEGE COURTS in tuskegee al , they are beyond UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE , and will give you the run around when it comes to your security deposit! They try to hold your money, don't return phone calls, texts you name it! If i can rate this place ZERO stars I will! They are a complete joke!!! Don't even waste your time move somewhere else!! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!
