Great experience! Honestly probably the best and easiest experience I have ever had in my life with a car dealer! Green light Auto is amazing! From Kylie who I original spoke with I told her I wanted the 2014 Honda accord and we arranged a day for me to come by. She was very nice and had everything set up for me when I got there. After my test drive I fell In love with the car and decided I wanted to buy it. Carlos was the one who took care of me after and he was awesome as well gave me a few options and unfortunately by myself I wouldn’t have had the best rates so I had my mom co sign but when we were talking he was never pushy or trying to make me or my mother feel like we had to buy the car he was very professional and worked with us! I would highly recommend Green Light Auto to any of my friends and family! And when I say easiest and best experience I mean it! Usually you’re at a dealership for several hours! Not here it was in and out 2 hours at the most! I was shocked! Just overall amazing experience. I love my car and am extremely happy with everything! Thank you Kylie and Carlos and the whole Green Light Auto crew you guys are the best!

Be careful if you don’t live around the corner to this place. I messaged with sales person for 2 days, drove 2 hour just to have them sell the car I was coming for 10 minutes before I arrived then they suggest a bunch of other brand that weren’t comparable. The apology I got was “sorry first come first serve”. Thanks for wasting my day and my patience.

Buying a vehicle out of state completely online is NOT something I've ever wanted to do before. Finding the vehicle I was searching for up in Connecticut was intimidating for many reasons. The people at Green Light were extremely understanding of all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me be sure I was indeed getting the vehicle I needed with the quality and maintenance records that I required.
From first contact to final envelope with the extra keys and title, they made a nerve wracking event into a happy experience! I love my Suzuki even though I never laid a hand on it until it's delivery in Tn!
You all definitely are at the top of the pack when it comes to ensuring the customer is getting what they need and making it easy to do!
