This Nissan dealership is quick to sell you cars and the sale people are nice! However the service department is lacking and the owner takes no accountability! I have a 2024 Altima lease that has been giving me issues since I drove off of the lot! My shifter gear gets stuck, there is a noise coming from under my steering wheel and now one of my wires are damage. The mechanic at this Nissan dealership is trying to charge 1,500 for a wire repair! Claiming it was rats but in the photo I attached you clearly see a broken piece of hard plastic behind the wire. I reached out to Nissan consumer affairs twice and all I was told is they have to go based on the service advisory’s word because they aren’t mechanic and for me to go to another Nissan dealership because “there have been cases where one dealership says one thing but another says another thing”. It is a joke, you have to hope the mechanic comes to a good conclusion or you could be stuck like I am. I just want my brand new lease to stop breaking and for people to take it seriously and help. So, all in all I would advise to stay far away from this Nissan dealership. Ps the reviews are so good because they push you to give them 5 stars and continue to contact you about it and offer rewards for doing it.

I've been with Nissan Central ave about 20 years now. Its nice to go back and see the same friendly faces, like Scott in finance, an amazing man. who did everything to keep my payments low. 👍🏻There's a newbie, Miguel Hernandez. He such a great guy. He did everything to my expectations, and sold me a great SUV.
My experience was no different than all the other years I've been with them. I wish all dealerships were this caring. I went in one day and got my Rougue the next. Love this SUV as promised it's no disappointment, and runs great.

Expect a LONG wait! Even if you have an appointment. I just sat in their waiting room for an hour waiting for an oil change (which I had an appointment for) before finally just asking for my car back... you could go to any express lube place and get a faster, less expensive oil change. Honestly, every time I've gone there, I've made an appointment and had a much longer wait. I've even made an appointment for them to pick up my car for service. No surprise that no one showed up to pick up my car and no one even bothered to call to tell me that they were either running hours late or cancelling my appointment.

Yadvier was very kind and informative about the vehicle I purchased. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and wasn’t aggressive like most sales representatives.He also checked on me a day later to see how I was enjoying the new car. First time getting this service with Central Avenue Nissan and I must say that everything went smoothly and as quick as I came in I was out within the amount of time I was told it would take, I met a gentleman by the name of Nunez and he was very professional and I totally enjoyed how he approached me with a smile and great amount of respect. I wish all custom service was like this gentlemen. All and all, I would recommend Central Avenue as a professional and great place to have your Nissan vehicle serviced.

I took my car to Nissan Central Ave January of 2025 for some unforeseen repairs. My car was held there for a couple of weeks as my insurance took awhile to inspect it and provide me with a quote. Unfortunately, I was not covered for this specific claim and the bill would have been hefty. Carlos from the service department worked with me, provided options, and did the needed repairs for less! During this period of waiting for my insurance claim, Carlos communicated with me and always kept me updated. When it comes to customer service, Carlos is exceptional and very professional. If I ever need my car serviced or for inspections, my car has a new home at Nissan Central Ave!
