I walked into Kia with no intentions to walk out with a car due to my history. I walked in and met Joe, he was so sweet and kind and got right to business lol i filled a paper out and he ran it right away and came back in 10 minutes and said i was approved . I was so happy and he showed me this 2025 Kia gt brand new and i fell in love lol JOE was so helpful with everything . He made sure i walked out of there with that car less then 3 hours lol i can’t thank him enough and appreciate his work ethic and stayed with me to show me everything the car does …THANK YOU JOE AND I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO YOU!

STAY CLEAR: I recently brought my 2018 Jeep Cherokee, which I purchased from Napoli Kia, to their service department due to a serious issue: after starting the vehicle and driving for a minute or two, the engine would shut off, and the power steering would seize. Despite showing the staff a video clearly demonstrating the problem, they initially claimed they couldn’t duplicate my “concern.” After several days, they finally managed to replicate the issue.

When I spoke with the manager, Rubin, he informed me that the mechanics “believed” the problem could stem from either the throttle body or the crankshaft. They proceeded by replacing the crankshaft, which unfortunately didn’t solve the issue. Later, I received a call from an associate saying they now “believed” the throttle body was the source of the problem. Despite having paid thousands of dollars for a bumper-to-bumper warranty, I was told this critical engine repair wasn’t covered. Napoli Kia, where I bought the vehicle, had also advertised an “engine for life” policy, but they didn’t seem concerned with fully addressing the issue.

Rubin downplayed the severity of the problem with remarks like “tomato, tom-ato,” which only added to my frustration. I was also told that all the fluids in my vehicle were “up to par.” Yet, after taking the vehicle back, I checked the oil, and it was bone dry. Additionally, the staff refused to provide a loaner vehicle during this prolonged process. When I finally picked up my car, it was in a shocking state, looking as though it had been driven off-road with dirt and mud all over it, despite being freshly cleaned before I brought it in.

To make matters worse, the vehicle still isn’t fixed; it’s actually running worse than before. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the dismissive attitude, lack of accountability, and poor service at Napoli Kia.
