Fantastic experience. Everyone at the dealership has a roll and fills it well. Trust me it is still every bit of “car shopping” but it feels right. Chris our sales guy was personable and really sold us on the car made us feel good. Jeff, one of the managers, got us in the door over the phone but was firm during the negotiation. Other floor staff around to ease tension. I think everyone left feeling like a winner. Chris you’re the man, get those business cards in. Finance guy Joe, you gotta figure yourself out man, relax. Only part I’ll say, there’s a reason joes in the back.

High recommend. My sales rep was Tyler, he was so nice and understanding of all my needs with what I was looking for. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. He even went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable by asking if I wanted something to eat while waiting.

Downside- the bathrooms definitely need to be updated.

What makes this place even more enjoyable were the adorable dogs on the premises.

Went to a few dealers looking for a specific car with a specific color and package every dealer was forcing me to take a black car with less package to be at my price point my friend told me he had been using Liccardi for years I’m not really close to Liccardi so me and my wife decided to make the trip let me tell you I worked with the best sales manager Anthony couldn’t have dealt with a nicer person he also had me work with Paul the floor manager another great guy no BS here they asked me what I wanted how much did we want to pay checked what they had in stock which I got to say was more than the other 3 dealerships had they both treated us with the utmost respect we weren’t just a sale we were people theses two gentlemen should be recognized for there extraordinary service !!!!!!! Buyers beware, I bought my ram Rebel no more than 8 months ago at this dealer, and on July 5th I took it in because the air suspension was damaged, they said the part didn't exist so I called ram on 07/22 and they said that I verified that they had placed the order, I went to licardy and asked for speed in the process, after my visit they were able to find the order the next day 07/23, they called me to deliver my vehicle but when I left home the next morning the rear tire broke. The air was coming out, I stopped at the gas station, I put 10 pounds on it and it kept showing on the dash board that it was low on air, that's when I saw that one of my tires was more worn than the others and had very visible wear damage, I went to the dealer to complain, and Jeremi was very rude telling me bad words and completely out of context, no one supposedly knew what had happened, I left there with an old tire and with a feeling that they had changed my tire, I called ram and put this same one on complaint, at one point almost 6 people surrounded me yelling at me and Jeremy said that I was sorry and that he didn't want to talk to me anymore, terrible technical service, I had taken the truck to repair the air suspension and the left front tire, and then After 20 days in repair, they delivered it to me with the left front tire in very bad condition and they supposedly repaired the rear tire that is still releasing air, zero recommendations, they are disrespectful and inefficient, I post 4 photos, one of them showing my tires before maintenance and the others after leaving the dealer.

I was having a hard time finding a car that I truly liked. Finally, thanks to Liccardi, I purchased a 2019 Audi S3 with low mileage. The car is in mint condition. Enin let us take a nice test drive, which locked the deal. He was very patient and compassionate to all our questions. He made us feel comfortable. I recently received a notification about a recall on my vehicle. It states that the ESC system can malfunction and cause the vehicle to crash without prior warning. I called service to schedule an appointment and I was told that there is no update to fix this issue. I expressed my concerns and told them I did not feel comfortable driving the vehicle and I asked for a loaner car. I asked them who would be liable if there were an accident? I was told and I quote “we don’t offer loaner cars and this isn’t our problem, call the manufacturer.” I could not believe this answer. DO NOT go to this dealership.
