I recently purchased a Subaru Forester from East Hills Subaru. I had not purchased a car in over 15 years and to be honest I was dreading the whole car buying process (all the back and forth, wheeling and dealing, etc. is not my idea of a good time). Everyone I encountered at East Hills was incredibly friendly and helpful. Specifically, the dealer I worked with, Steve, was extremely helpful. He answered all my many questions, was very responsive and he made the process smooth, seamless and easy! I was given undivided attention and came in with many questions and left with all of them answered. I am incredibly happy with the purchase and the service I received and would highly recommend Steve and East Hills Subaru! It was a great experience all around!

I purchased my 2022 Subaru Impreza on September this year (2024) and I had an amazing experience! Had a service appointment at East Hills Subaru today. Greeted warmly and politely by Jaime. He looked my vehicle up on computer and knew exactly why I was there and what was needed. Received a text message while I was waiting asking if I needed anything. Got another text about 35 minutes later saying vehicle was ready. Jaime explained what was done, told me when my next service was. Had a quick check out with Lori who was very polite and pleasant-nice conversation. Thanks for the hassle free experience.

East Hills Subaru is where you want to take your car! For all services and checkups I have found everyone at this dealership to be knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and ethical. Everyone from the staff that accepts your car before you enter to the staff that greets you once inside to the service department, all personnel ask about your visit and are willing to spend as much time as you need to discuss your car’s needs. Jamie, in particular, and Justin, who I just met on my last visit have always made sure my older Forester is in excellent running condition. And Thank You to the mechanics who make it so!!!

While waiting in their comfortable waiting room I have had nice conversations with others about how much we love our cars. I don’t know if this is common with other car manufacturers but Subaru owners seem to have an emotional connection to their vehicles. I know I love mine.

Feel confident when you bring your car here, you won’t be disappointed.

This is my second Subaru purchase at East Hills and I love their cars. You can probably go to any Subaru dealers but this place is very special to me. I've recommended more than a handful of friends and they all love it here.

I worked with Frank to purchase the WRX and he was really nice of him to take the time to show me how to drive manual. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone looking to get a car.

Their service staff is amazing as well, every time I come they are friendly, prompt and get the service I need for my car.
