We recently leased our 6th Mini, and our third one from Mini of Ramsey. How lucky we were that Ruby was there to help make it all happen. We assume that Ruby makes a lot less money when she has customers who lease, rather than purchase, a car. Well, you’d never know that in a hundred years considering the helpful, friendly customer service extended to us as we went through the process of leasing the car. It also makes the whole experience run smoothly when the sales person you are working with is so
knowledgeable about all of the models under consideration and all of the details involved in leasing a car. Ruby was a delight to work with and made sure we could reach her at any time if we had questions - before and even after we drove our car off the lot. Buying a car is one thing—dealing with the RMV in Massachusetts is another challenge entirely. After purchasing my Tesla from this dealership, I ran into several issues with my local RMV. Throughout the entire process, Alex was diligent, aware of the obstacles, and handled everything with urgency and grace. She was always available, incredibly accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.

Since this was a Tesla purchased from a non-Tesla dealership, the process wasn’t exactly conventional, but that never affected the quality of service I received. Alex even went as far as to FaceTime me so I could walk her through the steps of transferring ownership on Tesla’s end—something most dealerships wouldn’t even think to assist with. She is not only amazing at what she does but also highly intelligent and always respectful of your own knowledge and concerns.

One thing that truly set this dealership apart was the complete lack of pressure. Every other dealership I visited made me feel like I was being pushed toward a decision. With Alex, I never once felt that. She was simply there to help, offering guidance without any of the usual sales tactics. The dealership as a whole was also incredibly accommodating when it came to my financial concerns, never pushing unnecessary add-ons or upsells—something that is almost unheard of in this industry.

I genuinely feel like I found that one-in-a-million dealership, and I cannot recommend it enough. The only downside? I’m from way out of state, so I can’t personally send my friends here—but that’s exactly why I’m sharing this review. Alex and Mini of Ramsey deserve to be recognized for the incredible experience they provide, and I hope others get the chance to work with them. If you’re considering this dealership, do yourself a favor and ask for Alex—you’ll be in great hands.

Started to look for a vehicle a few months back. Came across a BMW at this dealer. Communication with Mrs. King really helped me get through the purchase process. Arriving at the dealer, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very clean nice atmosphere at their location. I couldn't say one thing negative about them from any part of the purchase. They even gave me some recommendations where to go get something to eat in the area afterwards. 10/10 I really appreciate their service.
