The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and conveniently located near everything you need. The apartments are spacious, with modern features that make it truly feel like home. What really makes this place special is the exceptional management team. Jose is amazing! He treats everyone with respect and kindness, always going above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and well taken care of. His professionalism and warm personality create a welcoming environment that makes living here a joy. If you’re looking for a great place to call home in Stamford, I highly recommend Glenbrook Apartments!

If I could I would give this place zero stars. The management is a HUGE problem. Lack of communication through everything than taking pretty much my whole security deposit because they did not send me the move out instructions. Once they did and I saw the instructions realizing my apartment was left how was given and followed all move out instructions while not even knowing them I was livid because they took almost my whole security. With the security deposit money they didn’t take the check did not come in a timely manner and once my check was deposited into my account they canceled it and it got fully taken out of my account. I could not get a hold of them for over a week and once I did JOSE was very rude and blamed me and send the issue to the owner of the property. At first the owner was respectful understanding after he realized Jose lied about the whole situation. After a little bit the property manager became aggressive in emails and was very disrespectful and said 200$ was enough to send back when we left the apartment the way received. As we moved in being told it was ready fully renovated and it was not. I would never live here if I was anyone. It is not worth the money, not kept up to date and the staff is very disrespectful and had no communication skills to tenants.

Parc At Glenbrook is a wonderful place to live. The staff is responsive, courteous & they even host wonderful activities that bring a sense of community to its residents. They also keep residents informed of events going on throughout the area, which is fabulous if you’re new to the area or are just looking for things to do.

We’ve have not had many issues at all, but any have been addressed in a very timely & thorough manner, with the utmost concern for our satisfaction & respect of our home. They’re all supportive & seek out the best for their residents. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient & very respectful.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live to consider calling Parc ar Glenbrook your home.

The maintenance team at The Parc at Glenbrook is on top of their game. They are always prompt and courteous, no matter the issue. Whether it's a routine repair or an unexpected emergency, they respond quickly and resolve problems efficiently.

Stephen came to install our new washer/dryer last week and got it done super quickly, tested it to make sure it worked properly and it continues runs perfectly.

The entire team ensures the building is always well-maintained. We appreciate you guys!

I had a great experience here working with Nicole. I was a walk-in, and she was kind enough to show my family and me around the community and the available two-bedroom apartments. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the process. I could tell she multitasks a lot in the office, yet she took the time to make us feel valued. Looking back at some older reviews; the current management team has done wonders to actively address all the issues left behind by the previous owners/team.

I have been living here for about 4 years now. I plan on to stay for longer. The leasing & maintenance team are made up hard working individuals that bring good intentions and genuine effort to their roles.

The leasing team has been continuously hospitable and flexible during internal moves (one unit to another).

Special shout out from Nicole at leasing for always bringing a smile and positive outlook whenever we interact.

This community is a warm and loving place to live. It’s clean and has activities. Jose, the property manager goes the extra mile to ensure residents are enjoying the property. I have seen how he treats the elderly and it’s very touching. From making small chats, making them feel seen, to even helping them carry items. He is very thoughtful, and treats the residents and his staff with kindness and respect. I honestly believe he makes a huge difference in our community.
