Absolutely nothing but the best experience for the kids & I. The cabin was amazingly beautiful and clean. Super spacious for everyone . Last& not least I want to mention that every time I had a question/ concern, host would always responded right away and always with a positive response. Once again THANK YOU YOU FOR ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES EVER!☺️

Let’s me start of by saying that this cabin needs lots of work done, it should not be allowed to be rented until repaired. You do not get a good welcoming feeling, front door was full of dirt and leaves and spiderwebs. The bottom and top deck was full of spider webs there was spider nest which made huge spiders come inside the house a bit scary specially if you have kids or if you’re afraid of spiders and I’m not talking small spider, we found some in the living room, kitchen and in 2 in the bedrooms. The deck is in really bad shape, lots of wholes on the wood deck covered by mats or umbrella base, there’s parts of the deck where you would step on and felt the wood crack down, not safe at all. So unfortunate because the view this cabin has is beautiful. The screen door doesn’t lock and it’s ripped, most of the curtain strings are damage or just won’t open or close, the top master bathroom light to the toilet was not working. Dishwasher door slams down when you try to open it, dining table is all messed up from the middle section, it has a lot of wear and tear. The pool table was broken so we weren’t able to play, ping pong table had no net. The master bedroom sheets smelled horrible as if they have not been washed, most of the doors don’t lock like the bedrooms and restroom doors. If you plan to stay at this cabin and plan to cook bring your own pots the ones available at the cabin are old and beat up. I’m giving this cabin a 1 star overall just because the location is great and honestly it has a great view.

We reserved this home for a mini family get away and it was everything and more. The host checked in to make sure we were okay. The instructions before and after our stay were clear and easy! The place was clean, spacious and close to snow summit. But the cherry on top is that it's pet friendly! Thank you for having us. We will definitely book again!

The cabin was super nice, clean and comfy. Me and my family had a wonderful experience staying there. The host that we communicated with Bryan, was amazing with responses, super friendly and just made things easy for any questions we had. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are visiting Big Bear anytime. 😊

Our family had an amazing time at Big Bear Experience! The cabin we stayed in was not only beautifully clean but also perfectly located. We were just minutes away from all the local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Big Bear has to offer.

The cabin itself was cozy and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved spending our evenings by the fireplace and enjoying the stunning views from the deck.

Overall, our stay at Big Bear Experience was fantastic! We created wonderful memories and can't wait to return. Highly recommend it for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

The cabin is really neat and well-organized. Not to mention that the vibe of living room is cozy and amazingly rustic while the contemporary style bathrooms fully provide seamless connection with our familiar modern convenience. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights and would definitely recommend it.

I can't say enough about how great our stay was. Bryan knew that we were celebrating my sons 14th birthday and was on point with every question we had through our stay from the best pizza spot. Red Barron pizza was amazing and delivered to allowing us to utilize an open parking spot before we checked in. and because of the efficiency of how he runs this property he had it ready 3 hours before the actual check in time and aloud us to get into the cabin at 1 instead of 4. that was huge!!! fully recommend giving Bryan a call for your next mountain stay!!!; yewwwwwwww

I book my trip through Airbnb for my son’s 6th birthday. We all had a great time at this lovely cozy home. My kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi!
Not to mention host’s were very attentive. I used their recommendations for my Big Bear Experience. 5 stars!
