I was looking for a Q8 but BEFORE I ended up at Audi Hawthorne, I had visited other Audi dealers in the tri-state area. None of the sales/customer service reps at these other dealers made me feel welcomed or that they wanted my business.

I initially expressed my interest in a 2021 Q8 via the contact button on the Audi Hawthorne website. I had sent my message early in the morning (prior to the dealership opening for business). About two minutes past 9am I received an email from them. I responded to the email that I preferred to be contacted over the phone and Franz Ozuna called me a few minutes later. Before the end of the day, I made my way up to the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and expressed my interest in purchasing.

The next day, I returned to complete the purchase. Franz and the entire team made me feel welcomed and streamlined the buying process. Not only was Franz knowledgable about the vehicle, but he also helped prevent delays with my purchase by letting me know about some importing info that was missing on some of my insurance documents.

Don't even waste your time at other Audi dealers. As long as I live in the area, I will be a returning customer at this dealership...aiming for the RSQ8 in the future 🙂

I had the best experience working with the entire team at Audi Hawthorne. Special thanks to Tim, Franz and Rickie for making the experience as spectacular as it was. I came all the way from Long Island to work with these guys. I bought a certified pre-owned Audi A6 and absolutely love it. You have to ask for Tim and Franz. They are the best. I trusted everything about them and their dealership from the moment I walked in, and I've been looking at cars for months. Once you decide on what to get, you'll get to work with Rickie in financing. His process was so fast and easy. No waiting around! Really can't say enough how grateful I was to have come here. Great experience, first time purchase from Hawthorne. I live in Tennessee so did most of the deal over the phone with Nicolas. He was very transparent and responsive, I had no hesitation when I flew up to buy it. Car was exactly as described and we completed the purchase within an hour. No upselling, no gimmicks, no surprises. Nicolas followed up with me after my drive back to TN. I will definitely return to Hawthorne in the future if the opportunity arises, highly recommend.
