☆☆☆☆1/10/2025, I'm a proud owner of my 2025 Merz, CLE, Coupe from Mercedes-Benz of Paramus. Henri Sabar, Sales Specialist, was a total delight in gaining my trust again with such a reputable company. Without going into details, is why I traded my awesome 2023, C300, from Benzel-Busch originally purchased in Englewood, NJ. My being a widow and collaborating with manly dealerships can be a challenging, stressful task. However, Henry treated me as if my husband was sitting right next to me. He basically explained the total purchase, except for one thing, the maintenance insurance. That was the only dilemma. As I was prepared to purchase the car with a cashier's check, with the previous quoted amount and having no further financial obliga tions. Henri then advised that I would meet with Juan Ospina, Financial Services, to wrap up and complete purchase. Henri did advise me that I could take it or leave it. Unfortunately that would've meant that if my brand new car had any problems, like my last 2023, C300 sunroof malfunction, that I would be obligated for maintenance repairs. :(...

I leased a Mercedes EQE, and since day one, I have faced continuous technical issues with the car. The same error repeated three or four times, causing me to waste my time at the service center. I requested a replacement, and it led to me being without a car constantly, yet despite being told the issue was fixed, the problems keep recurring. They should not use customers as test drivers. I thought the problems were solved, but while driving, the car suddenly went into "protective mode," and I encountered an emergency shutdown with the "service" light turning on. After a while, the issue resolved itself, but the same problem occurs again.
This is unacceptable, especially when safety is at stake. I feel like my life is being put at risk with this vehicle. I have requested the car be replaced several times, but the dealership refuses to take it back. If this car causes any accidents, the dealership should be fully responsible. I strongly advise staying away from the EQE electric vehicle.

Kristian was an amazing sales rep throughout my entire buying process. I stopped by the dealership to ask general questions, since it was my first time purchasing a car, and the service was so great that I ended up purchasing the vehicle the next day.
