?Top Rated Reviewer? Great spot for a nice day on the lake! Boats were easy to rent and staff was very friendly. John boats with motors were 60/3hrs and paddle crafts were 20. Lots of space, not crowded at all. Must be good fishing, too! ? We saw a lot of angles along the shore. Great day on the water! ?

Rented pontoon boat for family. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would have been 5 stars, but there was no ladder on the boat to get wife and kids back inside from swimming and no anchor either. Other than that we had a great time. We will be back!! Thank you!!!

I had not fished in decades, when I was moved to drive to this lake I fished when I was a boy and young man. Without the immense help of the nice crew running the bait and tackle shop and boat rentals, I would still be standing on the bank thinking about trying to fish that beautiful lake again, which real estate developers fortunately never got their hands on.Sloan Bashinsky, 81 and climbing. I didn’t catch anything, but I did figure out how to bait cast again without backlashing the reel, and I felt old parts of me return from wherever they had been, and I will come back, God-willing, because even when I was a boy, whether I had a catch or not at the end of the day, I was glad I got to go fishing, which might be why they don’t called it go catching? 🙂

Very nice lake. Supposed to be a good place to fish.

I went again on Easter and caught 2 small 8 inch baby bass. High wind was hard to battle but overall nice place to fish and cheap boat rentals. Bring your own trolling motor and battery.

Polite staff, boats in so so shape. No anchor or mention lack thereof until underway. Stated the anchors were getting lost on rentals. I believe you should only have to pay if you lose one. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves and will be back.
