Jason was wonderful to work with. He was patient during a FOUR MONTH escrow, basically. Jason was informative all the way through and kept me updated on any changes happening. He was very resourceful with contacts needed for inspections, repairs, etc. He successfully got the deal I wanted. Jason went above and beyond with assisting my husband and myself with selling our land. We had it previously listed with a different agency and received no offers. When renewing our listing their only suggestion was to lower the price. We decided a change was needed and looked for someone with more experience.
