My breakfast was just perfect! Friendly costumer service- apologized for being busy even though my order was made super fast. The bagel was so fresh and fluffy. Coffee was strong and delicious no bitterness loved that.

my order is incorrect every time. i have been going to wally's for bacon egg and cheese sandwiches in the morning since they opened, but i will not be returning. they have been on a steady decline for the past few years while their prices have skyrocketed. every time i go i am giving them one more chance to give me the correct order but they disappoint every time.

want a toasted everything bagel with scallion cream cheese? inside the bag is an untoasted plain bagel with regular cream cheese. (it's also 7 dollars)

oh can i please have salt, pepper, and ketchup on my bacon, egg, and cheese? i'm served one egg, a morsel of ham, and a slice of cheese on a roll that is very much lacking in the salt, pepper, and ketchup department.

i used to love wally's, but they've fallen so far. i will not be going back. i would not recommend this restaurant to my enemies.

This is my go-to bagel shop. I love that they have a variety of options and everything I have ordered is consistently good. The team has always been nice and friendly. I had my kids with me yesterday and the man at the register was laughing with my kids and was just so kind. I can’t help but think it’s possible some of these negative reviews stem from racism. Great place overall. Thank you!

Just paid $7 for a cinsmin rasin bagel with walnut cream cheese. Unbelievable a breakfast sandwich is cheaper than a bagel. Outrageous!

Back in the prehistoric 🦕80s, this spot in Heidenberg Plaza was THE local video rental store. "Accent on Video."

Today it's where all of Closter gets it's morning coffee, egg sandwiches, and toasted everything bagels with cream cheese... and Kristal is behind the counter making it all happen.

I don’t want to give any star. I cannot believe this is a toasted beagle. It’s burnt. If you eat something burnt like this, you'll get cancer.
They didn't even look at it and explained that it usually came out like this because the toast machine is hot. It doesn't make sense.
I feel like I'm being denied the toast bagels I've been eating.
