The Enclave has been one of the better complexes I have lived in; from the neighbors to the amenities. I moved in one year after the peak of COVID, which was challenging, but the leasing office made the move so easy.

The maintenance staff, both for the apartment and the grounds, we're all helpful and friendly.

The leasing office and management were also very accommodating. Most recently, I worked with Teresa several times. She has truly gone above and beyond with the issues that arose. Her customer service has been superb and, as the manager, I'm sure her staff will reflect her work.

I highly recommend her when coming to the leasing office. Thank you Teresa, and staff, for my time here.

My experience with enclave for 3 years has been far more than amazing. The place was my solitude where I practiced yoga meditation, enjoyed sunrise and sunset everyday, walking on the trail and reaching trail in just 30 seconds. The place was beautiful with the window on both side of Apartment with right air circulation unlike some apartments where the entrance colony is blocked with concrete. The architecture and the large window panes gave the spaciousness that I wished. Maintainance was prompt and always came within hours mostly and were available during emergency times when they were off hours. Leasing team has been super helpful in guiding and supporting us to fulfill our needs.

I got my own house but I still miss this apartment because it had got best air circulation, day light and access to trails which motivated me when I saw some or the other person running or biking on it. I also used tennis courts and swimming pool( you wouldn't find this huge swimming pool in any other community which is by the trail, pool is not namesake its for real) Also its close to 237 giving good connectivity everywhere in the bay.

I recently moved into The Enclave, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions I had. The move-in process itself was quick and hassle-free—thanks to their organization and attention to detail. I felt supported every step of the way, which made the transition to my new home so much easier. It's clear that the team at The Enclave truly cares about their residents, and I’m grateful for how seamless they made my move-in!

The maintenance responds fast and they are willing to provide feedback and help with future needs.

The amenities are excellent pool, gym, hall area, yoga room, you name it.

People have been friendly and its in highly sought after area.

I’d recommend my family friends and even parents to live here.

I had a disappointing experience with Enclave. First, I scheduled a tour on Thanksgiving, only to find out they were closed despite their website allowing bookings. When I rescheduled and attended the tour, the leasing office agent was extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional. There was no greeting, no effort to create a friendly atmosphere, and no communication throughout. At the end of the tour, she abruptly asked if I had any questions while we were still in the middle of the road and ended with a quick "bye," not even walking me back to the leasing office. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially for potential residents.

If I could give this place a Negative 5 star - I would. We moved into Enclave apartments on October of 2023. On day one, my little dog was attacked as we came out of our front door by a large unleashed dog walking around the hallway. Ended up with a $2.5K vet bill thanks to this negligence. The community did nothing to help or facilitate - although it states in their agreement that dogs must be leashed at all times. Within the first week, we submitted at least 12 work orders for a multitude of reasons including: toilets not sealed and leaking/like I mean flooding the bathrooms, broken light fixtures, roach infestation in the kitchen, broken window shades and sliders, broken sliding door to the balcony and broken lock to the balcony door - which by the way, the fact that our door to the balcony did not lock was not considered an emergency so they never came to fix it – Anyway I could go on with inside the apartment issues.

As far as outside the apartment goes: The one elevator in our building was broken for weeks on end and at least once a month for the duration of our stay. We lived on the top floor so as you can imagine this was a blast. The stairwells to get to our apartment were inconveniently located, rarely cleaned and dimly lit or simply dark as the lights were often also broken. Within the first month one of our car’s license plates was stolen right from our RSVPd parking spot. Anyone can come in and out of the community gates, this place is so extra unsafe. Sent an email to the office about this as well and they were not responsive.

Also, on top of my dog getting attacked on day one, walking him around the community was also scary and dangerous, there was trash all over, there was unpicked up dog poop all over and on top of all of that the lighting was absolutely terrible. We had to carry a flashlight anytime going out for my pup’s walk after sundown. My little man ended up passing away at 9 years old while living in this apartment, he was perfectly healthy before moving in here and I can’t help but blame this place for making me lose him - I lost him on July 31. If you are a pet owner, for your pet’s sake stay away for this place. I emailed the community to inform them of my pet’s passing for the purpose of stopping pet rent and they never replied to acknowledge. It took us going to the office and putting his death certificate in their faces to get their attention. “Oh yeah we got the email” is what they said.

There are so many more issues that I can list but I don’t think it is healthy for me to re-live that place too much detail. My regret is not moving out after that first week. I’ve lived happily in a few apartment communities across California and I never have issues. This place is just an absolute NO – Stay Away!

Within the three years that I’ve been living here at the enclave, I’ve had a wonderful experience overall. The maintenance team responds to our requests in a timely manner, the management team is always helpful and responsive, the appliances are modern and the landscape is well maintained. There’s also a sense of community as well which makes it more “homey”. The neighbors around me are friendly and welcoming as I have 2 small babies.I would definitely recommend.

Have live here for 1.5 years and it’s been a ran into the ground. If you like paying high rent to have broken appliances, leaks, bugs, and break ins, constant police activity, then this is the place for you! Maintenance has been terrible and they don’t seem to know how to actually fix things. Instead they’re great at patchwork. I’ve even heard maintenance calling me terrible names, but when you bring it to management, nothing happens. Love that these are the people coming into my house to fix stuff. Makes tenants feel real safe. Watching the leasing agent get drunk in the pool during a raging pool party that the police were called and a fire broke out. He never stopped it and his excuse was he was off work. Nothing was done so why would the behavior stop. Since complaining, none of the leasing office or maintenance speaks to me which proves the level of professionalism. This isn’t even half of what we’ve dealt with.

So again, if you like to live in a run down. Poorly ran community for top dollar, apply here!
