We traveled for 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to purchase our 25th Subaru. I wish our local dealership were as nice as this one. We had a wonderful experience at Subaru of Gwinnett. Our sales rep, (Ana Jones) was fantastic, kind and patient. The sales manager, (Lance) was also very professional and friendly. (Susan) helped us with our financing options and she too was very friendly and professional.

We are excited about our new 2025 Outback Wilderness and looking forward to create memories with our family in this awesome vehicle. Our overall experience was a 10 out of 10 & I would highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a Subaru!

We had a great experience purchasing our dream Subaru Ascent Onyx Limited! We drove almost 3 hours because they had the exact car we wanted and it was completely worth the drive just for the buying experience! From sales (Rick) to finance (Tim) we could not ask for a better experience. It wasn’t ready yet but they prioritized inspecting and making the car so clean for us to take home same day. We definitely would make the drive again in order to have the same quality of service! This is our second Subaru and likely will not be our last. We look forward to make years, miles and memories with our beautiful family car (Nicknamed Prudence 😄).

We just purchased a new forester and the experience was a breeze. I told Kody I was looking at a used forester; unfortunately when I showed up the check the car it had been sold. My salesman was able to match the price of the vehicle I was looking for, but with for a new forester. We never talked about payments; we just agreed on a price; then we talked about how the car was going to be paid. So far I can say we got more for our money with Subaru. The dealer also looked really nice and clean. All staff were respectful. I just need to check his the service department performs next.

I just bought a 2025 Subaru Forester Limited, and I could not be happier! The customer service at this dealership was excellent. The salesman I worked with, Tyler Jones, was great. He spent a great deal of time answering all my questions, was very patient, and helped me make the right decision. The dealership and service center are beautiful, clean, and accommodating. The staff are all knowledgable and very professional, and made this car purchase a pleasant experience. Subaru makes a great product. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Jamil was super friendly and informative and he went above and beyond! This Subaru dealership provides excellent service for oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance needs, and I really appreciated the complimentary car wash. The waiting area with its dog-friendly policy is amazing and they had delicious snacks, drinks, and spacious layout. I will 100% be returning here. This is the best Subaru dealership in GA!! Matthew was our sales guy today, and along with Anna, we received excellent service! We bought not one, but two Subarus (Impreza and Outback) and were never pressured or felt badgered. The dealership is clean, everyone was friendly and helpful— including our finance guy, Tim. Great experience that I’ve never had anywhere else! I definitely recommend.
