Took my money refuse to give me my money back and told me I wasn’t approved before the day of move in . Been asking for my money back. Don’t move there . I never experienced this in my life. The business they run is a scam and unfortunately I am hurt.

i wouldn’t apply here they said i was approved with conditions than told me i was not approved once my call went through they did not know who i was once i went in person the property manager wanted me to do extra steps to follow up with my application after they sent me the approval with conditions with multiple emails received saying it. she acted like she did not remember what happened and lied about the whole process i guess i put her in her feelings she couldn’t explain the reason of her actions. i will not apply again because she seems dishonest communication is horrible.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. I MOVED HERE IN MARCH Teresa the property manger told my husband and that it would be renovated before we moved in so we waited until march to move in we applied in January my husband came and brought Teresa the deposit and app. Fee when i was in the hospital recovering from giving birth. Upon move-in in March we were unable to actually move in because due to roach infestation broken refrigerator which is still broken lights in the kitchen still don't work they just fixed my ceiling in my upstairs bathroom. Since we had already moved out of other place and we were renting a room from someone that we know some church we had no other choice but to move can't because they would not refund us our money so we paid them almost $1,300 plus the $500 that we gave her in January so beware find somewhere else we were told that we were going to be able to use the pool May 28th there still complaining that the pool has not pass inspection I know the person who came and inspected the pool and it passed there just refusing to open the pool.

They gave me the run around for TWO WEEKS about my application. Everyday I called the lady in the office kept saying “we’re waiting on property approval” . First of all I should’ve known it never take an apartment two weeks for a simple yes or no. One day she acted like I was approved , said everything was good then the next day I call and it’s a denial. I waited two weeks for nothing. Literally have my call log and emails of me asking what’s going on and all I kept hearing was “we will call you or we still waiting”. Then when I called another day they said “ we are waiting for approval from Florida” I never said anything about Florida 😂😂😂
