Was an awesome experience. Felt like family gave me everything that I asked for. The salesperson that I work with was extremely awesome. Never met a sales guy quite like that. Met my needs. Expertly! Carey Paul, helped us out so much with getting our explorer ST in quickly & the recalls done efficiently. We are still having to go back to get some other things fixed but we will gladly drive the 45 minutes from our house to Loganville Ford because of how they have treated us & our car. The only negative thing I would have to say is they do not have courtesy vehicles to lend so we have been in a bind a few times when we would drop off our SUV, but I will not let that effect my 5 star review.

My husband and I went to buy him a truck back in June of 2024. Kenneth came out and asked how he could help. We told him what we were just looking for a truck but not 100% sure what kind. We were not expecting to purchase that day because we had a wedding to go to that afternoon and were in a time crunch. We test drove a few trucks and found one we liked. We still weren’t completely sold, so they let us drive it to the wedding that afternoon. Ultimately we decided to go through with the purchase. Kenneth was so helpful during the entire process, answered my many questions and never once seemed bothered. He was not pushy at all and seemed to genuinely want to help us get into the right truck!
Well, 7 months later we came back because my husband needed a different vehicle for work. While we didn’t end up purchasing at Ford this time, Kenneth and Jeff were still extremely helpful and communicated with us over the last few days in a very timely manner. We will definitely go back in the future!

We’ve been bringing my car (that I didn’t buy from them) here for 3 years now. They have always done a great job taking care of my ford fusion. Unfortunately we got the news that my car needed more repairs then we wanted to do to it. So we went shopping for a used one we told them what we wanted what our budge was. He showed us a brand new car. We explained this was way out of our price range he promised if we looked at it he would give us a “killer” deal. We wasted 2 hours!!! Did all the paper work he couldn’t come up with this “killer” deal he promised. They only offered me a bare minimum for my trade in. Just really disappointed in the experience with Loganville Ford.
