*Be aware* Terrible experience trying to purchase 141 Maison Pl NW, Atlanta, GA 30327. There was a collapsed balcony on one of the units. This was not in the seller disclosure. Not shown in the inspection report. The HOA did not want to send any documentation regarding this to my lender Chase Bank. Once Chase finally got an engineering report that recommended all balconies be repaired, they balked on the loan because the HOA refused to say what balconies (if any) were repaired. I have copies of the engineering report and photos if anyone cares to dispute my post.

What makes matters worse, the seller refuses to agree to return my earnest money. I am currently in arbitration.

Run away from this place as fast as you can!

Living here was a nightmare due to the HOA 430.00 a month but my condo would flood everytime it rains! The hoa would keep putting it off until I realized they never planned on fixing the issue. I had no choice to vacate because the water issues became unlivable all while still paying a hoa that was useless.

Mom has been living there over 25 years. Safe hidden gem in Atlanta. Great restaurant and bar. Golf course, 3 pools and activities.

I visited with a high school friend. No surprises here. A gated community with a security guard on post. I showed my drivers license and my friend was alerted to my arrival. So Thumbs up to security!

very safe community in Buckhead, which there aren't many safe neighborhoods in Buckhead anymore. Beautiful, kept landscaping, nice paved roads, older age group, very quiet and peaceful. Most importantly, it's SAFE.

Old style 60yr old condos, but beautiful scenery. Cross Creek Cafe food is really great at lunch time, didn't do dinner. Looks like a country club setting. Nice Bar great drinks, and lots of TVs to watch Sports. I noticed a lot of Bama fans, Roll Tide.

Great green space and the Cross Creek Cafe is a great down home feeling restaurants. Try the burgers and collard greens.pork chop dinner is great . I hear the drinks are really really good and won't let you down if you know what I mean

Central location, older construction. Some units have been rehabbed but allot are in some level of disrepair. The condo fees are very high as you are paying for the golf course and it's upkeep. On site security and controlled access which is nice on some levels but can get completely annoying as there can be long lines to enter during peak hours. Not convenient to Marta or anything unless you have a car.
