I couldn’t be happier about my experience here. From the second you arrive, you’re met with the most positive people who help make purchasing a car a lot less stressful than other dealerships I have been to. John Q sent me a video immediately after i called to ask about it and made sure I knew everything I needed to about the Dodge Charger (even the tiniest speck showing they are honest and not trying to hide anything from you just to make a sale). Best deal I found on the market hands down due to their aggressive price matching. The environment inside the dealership is very clean and welcoming. I can tell everyone is passionate and don’t sugar coat anything just to pressure you to make a purchase. Very patient and understanding staff that genuinely wants what is best for you. When discussing financing, Magdalena helped me understand all the documents and make the best decision on my plan and warranty. She was very lovely to speak to, and very truthful and patient. I even was told to call if i ever have questions on my vehicle. Love how caring John Q and Magdalena were. Thank you all again for such an amazing experience and making it a day to remember.

Great experience overall! No pressure sales, informative, financial lending options, nice showroom, relaxing atmosphere. Cameron was nice and polite and listened to what I said about my need for my car buying experience. They got me in, financed, accepted my trade and had me out of there within 2 hours. If I have to say something not flattering, it is that the car could have been detailed a bit better on the inside. It wasn't bad but maybe it was me being too finicky but it did not take away from the pleasant experience I had/received. Thanks to all at Hayes who I had the pleasure of interacting with, even the ones I didn't who still took the time to speak and say, "hi"...

We looked all over the internet and Georgia for this Jeep. We found our Jeep at Hayes CDJR in Lawrenceville. We are victims of Hurricane Helene who sustained significant home and property damages, so saving money was important to us. Diego was very receptive to our calls and worked very hard to get us all the incentives and discounts to make this deal happen without a ton of haggling. We are more than happy with our new Jeep and very pleased with the purchasing experience we had at Hayes CDJR!

I'm deeply disappointed with the maintenance service at Hayes Dodge. Initially, the sales process was smooth, but the post-purchase support has proven inadequate and frustrating. My truck, still under warranty, developed a water leak which they attempted to fix by replacing a brake light, assuring me it wouldn't leak again. However, not only did the leak persist, but it was also incorrectly diagnosed—the real issue was with the glass, not the brake light.

During the repair attempts, the service team managed to significantly damage the headliner of my truck, making it look as if a three-year-old had smeared it with greasy fingers. They also scratched the exterior. Despite numerous calls to address these issues, and attempts to reach management, I received no response.

Ultimately, I had to take my truck to another dealer to properly fix the leak. It's disheartening to encounter such negligence and lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against using their services if you value your vehicle and your time.

If you want a non pressured and relaxing car buying experience, this is the best place for it. I simply cannot recommend Cameron enough to guide you in your sales journey. He will do everything he can to make your experience great without the stress or pressure of a lot of salesman that I’ve dealt with at other dealers in the past. I was searching states away for a jeep and Hayes is only a few minutes from where I live. Cameron is the reason I came to Hayes and got what I needed without having to go too far!
