Beautiful ranch for a large family vacation. River view trail and Shasta dam are very close. There is a game room, basketball court for indoor fun as well.

Just got back from a retreat here and it was an amazing experience! The place is beautiful! The houses are very cozy and clean. There is plenty of room in them to share with multiple families and still have your own space. There is so much to do with the bikes, game room, pool (although it was too cold to use it on our visit) hiking trails, horshies and more. The main dining area was very spacious and perfect for our big group. Our family had a blast exploring and felt like there is still so much more we woukd like to do if we get to come back!

Had a family reunion for 4th of July weekend this ranch is one of the best vacation places I've traveled to, lots of exciting activities to do during the day swimming, bike riding, hiking, fishing, quad riding with beautiful dirt trails. Kitchen, dinning room, bedrooms, swimming pool and game room are very spacious and clean. Highly recommend it for a getaway.

Hosted a large (36 person) family reunion here and booked out the whole ranch. Owner was very communicative and helpful - she lives onsite. Wonderful service. Truly incredible to be able to book out a large multi-building property like this for a private event. The pool, game room, and large commercial kitchen and dining room being entirely ours made the event very special.

As-stated: the ranch is off-grid and there is very little internet here - while we were given some tiny MiFi's to offer basic connectivity they only occasionally worked/connected so you are out in the woods on your own here! If that's what you're shooting for you're golden.

Note that IT GETS VERY HOT IN THE SUMMER. There are swamp coolers that help keep things sane (they work well since humidity is very low) but keep in mind that August temps *average* over 100°F so be prepared for hot or book in a cooler season.

Lots of nice touches like a bocce court, the nearby 11mi river trail, hundreds of DVDs you can borrow, little free lending libraries, almost a hundred bikes you can borrow, etc. The owner has clearly put a lot into this property!

Just stayed here last weekend with a group of girlfriends and this place was amazing! Debbie was super helpful. We went to a nearby swimming hole and enjoyed time at the lake as well. View of Sacramento River is to do for! I’d highly recommend

Great place to stay for a big company. very beautiful view, fresh air, sports grounds and bicycles are always available. You can also feed horses and goats with children. recommend !

The ranch is an absolutely gorgeous piece of property nestled along the Sacramento river just below Shasta Dam. Anybody thats looking to see a more natural wilderness side of California should absolutely check out this place.
