My first visit here and I ordered food and drink. The drink came but the food never came. I talked to the manager. He was super sweet and he gave me 4 courtesy tickets and a refund. I came back 2 months later with my son to use the tickets and it’s even worse than last time.

They got my order wrong. I told the server and she said she couldn’t help me and that I’d have to go back to the concession stand? So why exactly am I paying a mandatory gratuity for?

Every single stall in the bathroom was filthy. The concession is blasting music while you wait. The seats were sitting in have stains from previous drinks.

We came during the week when they were slow. We were told they were short-staffed and that we would have to order at the bar, and they would bring our food to us. The reclining leather seats are enormous and comfortable. I liked that there was a little divider-type thing at the top of the chairs so you were not distracted out of the corner of your eyes if somebody else sat next to you. We ordered the popcorn trio, which was supposed to have popcorn shrimp and calamari; it was good, but we did not realize it would be covered in actual popcorn. The truffle fries were good. The food is pricey for the size you get, and no one came back to check on us after the food was dropped off, but we were okay. Overall, it is a spotless place with excellent seats. The staff were all nice when we did encounter them.

Great food, very friendly service, and comfortable seats. It’s in a great location too and with great menu selection of food and drinks. My friend ordered a salmon dinner and it was delicious. The general manager, Taj, is amazing and all about his customers and staff. He reserved a private room for our small celebration and made sure everything was nice! He even introduced us to chef! I would highly recommend this place!

Recently we came with a group to the theater. We were charged an amount that didn’t seem right for the food we ordered. A couple of days later, one of the managers Nick quickly looked into it, called me back noting that we were charged a gratuity for a big order, but that he would credit it since we were not told about it. This is the kind of service and manager that should be at every place. Love and highly recommend this theater!

Beautiful theater with very comfortable seats. However, the railing in front of the seats obstructs the view of the screen. For kids, it’s even worse. If you sit on the aisle, the lighting on the wall is extremely bright and bothersome. Poor design.

I had a great experience! The theater is nice & very modern! The seats are very comfortable stylish. Nic, the manager took good care of me. Unfortunately I arrived at 4:15 and the bartender had not arrived yet, so I was able to open a tab and order my food. I came to see the movie Bob Marley, and it started at 4:30. I received my food First and noticed that 20 minutes had gone by. I still hadn’t received my drink. Nic was so courteous he brought out my drink and explained to me they had to get some special ingredients and gave me an extra shot for the wait. The food was delicious as you can see from my picture, I had salmon, mashed potatoes, collard greens, shrimp, and surprisingly all of it was delicious especially the collard greens.(shocker) 😁
My drink was very good and it was not water down. I traveled all the way from Hampton Georgia, and I was very pleased I will visit again.

I was there this past Friday and while I love the seats and theater layout itself, the bartender began our night at the movies quite poorly. We were two of only 5 people at the bar, the other couple already had drinks so were taken care of, and we waited 10 minutes while the bartender acknowledged us and then chatted to the single patron for a full ten minutes. We must have heard no fewer than four times 'Well I've been here since 10 am!' I mean, if you don't like your job or the hours, take it up with your boss because the customers are there to have a good time. Also, is gratuity included? Because our total for two beers was $19 when he served us, and conveniently the printer was out of paper, and when we went back out during the movie to purchase the same exact two beers, served by a different much more pleasant bartender, our total was $16 and some change. Very disappointed in the woe is me attitude and poor service. I've read that people were overcharged or charged gratuity without their knowing in these reviews, so I thought it was worth mentioning.

I love this place, they are always nice and the food taste great. Highly recommend for a single night out or a date. Either way it’s a great experience. The popcorn trio and salmon entre with collards are my favorites! The banana cheesecake was good too but they haven’t had it back on the menu in a while.
