Quiet and safe complex. Wonderful Staff that does events regularly which makes the complex feel more like a community. Maintenance staff is timely, efficient and friendly. They have absolutely stellar employees in Greg, Roger, and Ramon. So personable and always willing to go above and beyond. Unit options in several budget areas. Love to call this place home!

Put in a request for maintenance to help with my heating unit that I couldn't figure out and was just so impressed that they responded so quickly. Greg and his helper showed up, fixed the problem and on their way in no time. Their attitude was personable, yet professional. Greg has helped at other times in the past, and I have to say you have a gem of an employee with him. Thanks for taking care of things for me so quickly. My apartment is nice and warm now, and I'm feeling very appreciative!!!

I used to live here, and after reading other comments, I can confirm that Margie is, unfortunately, a very unpleasant person to deal with. She’s condescending, disrespectful, and rude. Aisha is more tolerable, but it seems she enables this behavior. If not for my experience with Margie, I might have given 3 stars, but 1 star feels appropriate for how I was treated during my time living here.

It’s baffling how this behavior is allowed to continue. It’s not just about the apartment’s living conditions or aesthetic (which, based on other comments, seem to have worsened with bugs and rats). At the very least, you should have a friendly and accommodating staff.

How you treat residents matters. How you make them feel during their tenancy matters. Unfortunately, my experience, paired with ongoing issues reported by others, makes it clear that little has improved. I wouldn’t recommend living here. Rats and rude leasing agents are not a good combination.

We have loved our home here at Harbor Creek, and have just renewed our lease to continue to call this our home. Our experience has been wonderful, topped only by the great staff both maintenance and in the leasing office. I look forward to the regular events held in the clubhouse which allows us to meet and socialize with residents I may never has otherwise met. Thankfully, and knock on wood, we have never experienced any issues with bugs, other than the seasonal gnats and millepedes.. yuck, but it could be worse. If I had to give a negative, it would be the irresponsible and unneighborly acts of pet owners allowing their dogs to void in direct walkways and front yards, making things unpleasant for others, and embarrassing to our guests as well. Over all, we have loved and continue to love our home here at Harbor Creek

Just came from one of our wonderful get-togethers a spaghetti night as usual. The food is fantastic. The staff is so caring and loving. I don’t think I could ever live anywhere else

UPDATE (end of lease)
I just wanted to come back after living here for a year and say how wonderful our experience was with the complex itself. Staff is very nice and quick to answer any issues. I have a few realistic points to make that most anyone would know if you ever live in an apartment. Roaches are going to be a thing. They spray but they cannot control what goes on in each apartment. You might have the cleanest place but your neighbor is probably leaving pizza in one of their bedrooms for 2 months. So, don't give the complex 2 stars bc of your neighbor(s). My only complaints are from a few of those neighbors. There are several folks that will let their dogs go WHEREVER they want and they do not pick up poop. Its really immature and lazy but.. that's not on the complex. I will say that the dog park used to be fullll of poop. To the point that we wouldn't let our dog run around in it but they've done a great job in 2024 getting things much cleaner and nicer. And - hey, now we are moving into a house where we will have all of the privacy and quiet we want. You can't expect that from an apartment. If I could give them an extra 5 stars, I would. Trust me, we would stay if I didn't need to move closer to my mother. 5 stars for Harbor Creek, 1 star for the neighbors... lol.

So far, I'm wildly impressed with the staff and the maintenance. Not only did they respond immediately to an issue we were having with the stove, they replaced it when the issue flared back up. Thank you so much for helping us feel at home and safe.

I used to live here and had to move because of my apartment flooding. Even though they offer to put us in a different unit. They weren’t sure when it was going to be ready I was living out of a hotel at that time for almost 2 weeks I ask for paperwork to prove there was a flood in my unit but Margie said they weren’t allowed and that I had to go through upper management even though she is the manager of the property. I waited to talk to upper management to resolve the situation and get the paperwork and didn’t receive any call or email from them. They instead sent me to collection without a single notice. So beware of the front office.

They are great, they have great communication and are super kind, the thanksgiving diner was so much fun and it was great seeing the community get together to celebrate, I love living here!
