Within 48 hours of my house going for sale We had several great offers, and was under contract. All of that was a blessing, but I’m about to tell you what I was most thankful for.

They had an extensive list of contacts.
We needed someone to to fix a few places on our front Porch, Chris sent someone over, we needed someone to clean our yard up before pictures , Chris sent someone over. We had to have our our heating and air unit checked out, Chris sent someone over. The guy he sent called to ask my permission if he could walk around the yard and check the unit, and said he would wait for my husband to get home if that made me more comfortable.
