In my opinion, this company’s treatment of elderly individuals raises serious concerns. Based on our family’s experience, they made frequent and persistent calls to my elderly relative, creating pressure to sell their home for what we felt was far below market value. Additionally, they used a sales agreement that, as we understood it, allowed them to sell the house while it was still in escrow. I would encourage others to carefully review any agreements and seek legal advice before engaging with this company

I would personally like to thank my personal case workers of this company. I inherited my dad’s home at 19 . I found him deceased. It wasn’t in my name , and a loan , water off by the time I called . I was facing eviction of the place I lived for almost 15 years . I heard of them through my boyfriend’s grandmother. Not only did they help pay for my attorney for court , pay off the loan but help get water back on . I’m still in the process of getting it into my name but I would like to explain how much this company helped me . This company is so unprofessional. We put in an offer on a house that they flipped, which was over-priced for what they did to it and how much they purchased it for. They sent us an e-mail the same day saying they had received another offer and were requesting the best and last offer due in 3 days. Our realtor amended our offer and we put in our best and last offer. Our realtor told us the realtor for Osborne Homes never contacted her to tell her either way if they had rejected or accepted our offer. We still haven't heard anything back from the company and it's been days along with their realtor being not responding to our realtor and being unprofessional. Most realtors will at least tell you if your offer has been rejected. I will never look at a home they have for sale again.
