This review is really for Gabriel, the maintenance supervisor. Gabe and his team are super responsive, and creative with their solutions. He and his team followed to with me when a part was back ordered during covid. They do really great work and they always fix whatever is wrong! The rest of the staff is great, too!

Didn’t end up moving in here (someone beat us to the unit we really wanted) but just want to say their leasing team was great! Of all the dozens of tours we went on at different apartments, Jay was the best person we worked with - she was super kind, genuine and patient, working with us to find the unit that would meet all of our different needs. Everyone in the office made us feel really welcomed and at home!

First time living in an apartment in 10 years. I spent 3 months searching for the perfect place and all it took was 15 mins visiting the Broadway, and I knew this was the place. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are my favorite. I use them everyday.
But perhaps the most pleasant surprise has been how quickly the maintenance team resolves any issue you have. As soon as you open an order, they call you to follow up and make plans for resolution/repair. Gabriel and his team get an A+ in my book. They truly make you see the benefits in renting at a property where the staff cares about their tenants.

The staff in the leasing office is terrible. I don’t think I’ve ever met a group of individuals that were less interested in doing even the bare minimum functions of their jobs. But, if you’d like to lie on your application this is the place to do it. They’re so disinterested they didn’t do a background or credit check and didn’t ask me to provide any proof of income before approving me for an apartment. I’d ask questions about the unit and be ignored for weeks. I’d call the office and not only would no one answer the phone, but their voicemail is full so you can’t even leave a message. They lead me to believe I’d have parking just to at the last minute say no their garage is full. They tried to raise my rent before I even moved in. It took over a month to get them to send a correct welcome letter. Literally they could not take a template and fill it with the correct numbers without getting it wrong 3 times. Finally I just got a different apartment with a competent leasing office.

Just moved out after 15 months lease.
General experience is under expectation.
They decided to charge me over $1,800 for moving out charges.
Fire alarm goes off every day for many hours, if you like alarms that’s the place for you.

The office is not helpful at all with any situation.
The quality of the people is very low, police visited every day for crimes and car thefts.
3 cars were stolen from the building parking.
The quality of the apartment was under expectation unfortunately.

Upon move in date I was notified that the parking is cross the street vs the building parking which was promised when contract was signed.

After contacting Greystar (property management), I understood that the move out charges can’t be revised or renegotiated.

Cleaning/trash and community services comes up to almost $400 a month.

Dog poop is everywhere in and around the building.

Overall experience is very very low.
Please don’t sign or live there even for cheap rates.
Be Aware of all those issues I mentioned.

Took the best decision to move out, found a cheaper place with higher quality for all.

The Broadway is Not recommended at all!!! Be careful!!
