So I've been living here for more than a year and a half. Moved in to this brand new community with my wife and dog. Since then we've had a son and it's the perfect place to raise a family. The staff is always amazing & know us by name. Anytime there's an issue, it gets dealt with immediately. The pool & amenities are brand new and absolutely beautiful. The 2 bedroom we have is so spacious & amazing. Can't recommend Aurora enough

This has been a great place to live. First, the leasing staff is so nice and help accommodate your needs great. The move in process was seamless. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. The units are great and was very clean upon move in. The open floor plan is great. Maintenance is very timely and helps accommodates to all your needs. Everyone here is super nice and I definitely recommend taking a tour!

I have been living in my current apartment for a year and I couldn’t be happier. From day one, I felt that it truly became a home for my little family.

I love the pool, which is perfect for relaxing on hot days, and the gym is always well-equipped and maintained. The barbecue area is ideal for gatherings with friends and neighbors. I also appreciate the common spaces, like the event lounge and coworking area, which are great for socializing and working from home.

My neighbors are friendly and always willing to lend a hand. It’s great to know I can count on them if I ever need anything.

The location is another huge advantage; I’m close to shops, and restaurants, making daily life very convenient.

In summary, my apartment has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, great amenities, and a friendly community, this is the perfect spot!

Great place to live. However, after being here for over 2 years and having refered up to 5 new residents, the Office only honored one of the referral bonuses.

The office has since reached out to me and was able to resolve the situation in a timely manner.

I love living at Aurora. It is a friendly and warm community. While the price tag 🏷️ s expensive I do feel that I get the most for my money. They are constantly listening to resident feedback and making improvements for the betterment of the community.
