Things just aren't organized in this store .. the Krogers in Denton Texas is a much better experience... they have so many people working at this store and there's never any help very disappointing I asked to speak with a manager then the manager said she was a manager let her call another manager ... I do appreciate the front manager for listening to me But please fix this problem... I should not have to walk around your store looking for things place your product where they go people ... and please stop putting people that don't speak English on the floor 🗣how can they help the customer if they don't speak English this is AMERICA... I LOVE KROGERS but not these GA locations there not organized........

UPDATED.... Krogers Is much better organized... there was people there to help all the workers where very friendly the txs stores has better lighting but I give them A on a nice clean organized family friendly store to shop at... and omg try there cakes them girls can bake it was sooooo good 🗣I shared with the baker my favorites and she showed me which cake to get omg I want another one

Update...2024 Don't go to this store at night time ... a young black lady walked passed me with a big Kroger sign across her I said excuse me can u help me please more then 3 times she continued to walk another employee did help me an older white lady and im very grateful for her however I just wanted trash bags the police had the road blocked for voting(which they moved as quickly as they could) so I waited 30 mins just to be able to finally get to the store to be disrespected ... the manager says she was on her lunch break and that's why she did what she did ... so im guessing it would hurt her to say let me get u help im on lunch 👀🗣don't go to work to make money if u don't want to do the job it's simple math God Bless...

This Kroger provides reasonable prices, which helps with our office supply runs. However, improvements are needed in store cleanliness and organization. The condition of products on the shelves varies, and we've occasionally found items close to their expiration dates, raising concerns about product freshness. Customer service also varies; some employees are quite helpful, while others seem less engaged. A more consistent focus on customer care and product monitoring would greatly enhance the shopping experience.

I usually do my shopping at the Kroger on Riverside even though this one is closer to my house. I only needed a few items, so I decided to make a "quick trip" to this Kroger. It was NOT a quick trip.

They are in the midst of moving items around in the store, so it was hard to find 2 things I was looking for. I found one item on my own by wandering around the store aimlessly but had to go to customer service to ask where the other item had been moved to.

When I approached, there was a young lady behind the counter, and a young man on the other side was talking to her, and he was holding her hand. It actually took the young man nodding towards the young lady for her to realize I was there. Then she didn't know where the item I was looking for was, but fortunately the young man knew where it had been moved to.

I managed to leave with what I intended to get, but the disarray of the store and the lacking in the customer service does not make me want to return to this Kroger. I will continue to go to the Kroger on Riverside from now on.

I go into this kroger very often I realize I always have the best experience when Cheryl is our cashier! She is always so extremely patient with us (I’m a first time mom) and she helps me figure out things idk a lot about being a first time mom (wic, stamps) I get everything I need and she makes the trip a lot less stressful! Well definitely choose this Kroger over any other one because of her! Thank you 🙏

This location was a bit hard to find things. It was laid out similarly to most, but the pharmacy was smaller and therefore I had to go to the aisles to find the items I needed.

Such a poorly managed and poorly stocked Kroger location. Each time I go, I am disappointed. Most recently, I went to quickly grab a Target giftcard. Went to the display stand, and the faux card stated to “see cashier” to purchase a card. Went to register and told to go to customer service. Went to customer service and although the displayed faux card stated there was a $25-$250 card available, customer service stated they didn’t have that type of card. Wasted time stopping here. Went to Dacula location and pulled the card I needed and purchased within 5 minutes. Won’t ever go to this location again. Ever!
