The Onyx Storm release this morning went SO smoothly. The staff were organized, kind, and even had hot cocoa for us! They eased the anxiety everyone had and made sure everyone got what they wanted. I don’t know who opened this morning, but they truly need a raise. They did splendidly.

We love this Target. It’s clean, well kept up with a friendly staff. Very easy to navigate around and that is important. My daughter is really into Barbie now and she was so excited to see Target themed Barbie.

Really disappointed that this location is not up to the standards I am used to with Target. Multiple staff passed right by with no greeting or asking if I needed any help. The cleanliness or lack thereof is a big surprise. The bathroom was very dirty, and multiple sections in the store were very disorganized and had merchandise all over the place. Overall not what I am used to from Target.

Large, well-stocked Target…this is a popular location and can be crowded at times. Big parking lot, but can get full. There is a Starbuck’s, CVS, and grocery inside. They have four self checkouts, but I wished there were more. Home Depot is directly next door so you are pretty much covered. Men and women can shop together.🤝🫶

This is a scalper location. If you're a tcg collector, do not waste your time here. The scalpers have already made connections with the restocking folks and will always buy out everything the moment the items go on shelf. Sad that target doesn't have policies about this. What a joke...

I waited SO long in line. These two employees(male and female) at starbucks would leave customers in line to wipe the clear plastic at the front. They would take one order at a time and leave the other customers hanging.

Happened Saturday Sept 21
Bought some baby gear the week prior
they had a promotion for buy $100 get $20 gift card.
Last week week they ran a promotion of buy $100 get $30 giftcard.
Simple fix. they can either issue a $10 giftcard for the difference or return previous product and run it again with the $30 giftcard.
very simple process which many other targets have done before.
even the 1800 customer support line said to go in and ask for the difference of $10 and they would do it.
so Saturday Sept 21, i go into store after speaking to Carrie from 1800 number.
i speak to one customer service rep.. she doesn't speak English well and i figured she didn't understand or she was new since she didn't seem to know what she was doing. I asked to speak to someone else (manager if on duty) and they call Mary (who claims to be a manager).
She starts off telling me to be quiet so the person behind the register can talk.. Mary doesnt seem to understand so I again explain my situation and again Mary has a hard time comprehending the situation. I told her i spoke to customer support and even have a ref #.
Mary again shoots me down and says she has never heard of Target doing this. I explained this happened before and the CS rep usually can fix the issue with a couple of key strokes..
again she says she has never done this and it isn't Target policy (the policies behind her state that they honor price match and even match promotions). I get tired of arguing with her at this point... apparently she does not understand Target policies or listen to customers.
I later drove by another location and while shopping there I asked their Customer Service desk if they have heard this request before. The Customer Service rep says she hears this all the time and checks my receipt and issues a $10 giftcard on the spot.
IF you have any issues or want good customer service, I would strongly recommend going to ANY other location but here because apparently the Managers do not even know their own policies.
