A very nice store with friendly employees and well-stocked shelves but also quite expensive. (Just… please don't abuse the employees or you'll ruin it for everyone.) The products are of good quality though, and are even stocked in straight lines with even distribution such that it pleases the eye. The cheerful, well-decorated atmosphere makes me come back over and over despite their ever-growing prices. I hope I can still afford to shop here next year!

I placed an online order for a MEATLESS turkey club sub. I left school on my lunch break to pick it up and returned to enjoy my food, I was famished. I took 3 big bites before I opened up the sub to take a closer look at the contents. To my absolute disgust and dismay there was REAL MEAT inside my sub 😭💔 I have not consumed meat in 10 years! I felt completely disrespected and violated. They had ONE job and failed miserably. I RAN back to the store and stood at the customer service desk in tears while people stared. They offered me a $20 gift card. What if I was allergic?! They would’ve killed me. TMI but I’m writing this review from the bathroom where I have lived all morning. Not to mention the emotional distress of the incident. I’m so disappointed Publix. You need to do better!

Just left this store and witnessed a cashier so angry with another employee that she did not even greet me, because she was too busy harassing another employee which was a teenager!! How disgusting, the look on her face said it all, I’m shocked this happened in Publix, I come here often, never seen anything like it!! I hope Virginia go home and evaluate herself, customer service is no place for people who can’t control their personal emotions.

The Deli department is horrible...previously they would give me 3 sandwiches in one minute, now it takes them about half an hour to give me a product. The quality of the employees has deteriorated. It’s no like before 😡

I've had my fair share of subs from Publix, but today was different. I had to write a review for this one! I was fortunate enough to have Ms. Maggie prepare my sub, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight. Watching her meticulously cut the spinach, a level of attention to detail I've NEVER experienced at any other Publix deli, I knew this sub was going to be exceptional!!. And guess what? It absolutely was! I opted for the combo, and before I knew it, I had devoured the entire sub in record time. 😂 The store was spotless, the customer service was fantastic, and all thanks to Ms. Maggie, I enjoyed a delicious sandwich….

Excellent!! Octavia from the Deli gave EXCELLENT 5 star customer service!! I was standing at the deli case no less than a second, when she said 'Hello, welcome in, be with you in just a moment!' I couldn't believe it! I needed to get food quickly because, I was feeling a little dizzy and decided to get my lunch early! It wasn't quite lunch time just yet, and felt guilty about wanting lunch earlier than 11 am. Octavia came over with a big smile on her face and made it OK to get my lunch that early!! Most places won't even look up to greet you before time so that shocked me! Also, Kudos to the COOK on 07/30! That deli case was soo pretty, I didn't know whether it was a photo op or just that pretty! Anyways, everything was fresh, clean and filled up! I had gotten a wing dinner with 2 sides with corn bread muffins! It was so tasty! I had a great experience for lunch on yesterday! Thanks Publix!

It really shouldn’t take 45 min to make 3 Pub Subs at the deli. These employees show no urgency and when there’s a line of 13 people standing around and they are moving at snails pace, there’s no other option but to just leave
