Best looking Publix I've ever seen. Fully stocked, and everything was so neat on the shelves. They even have an olive bar and upgraded deli section where you get your sandwiches made. Another plus.....self checkout.

Terrible customer service from the young black woman working in the chicken/sub area. I just stood there for 20 minutes, waiting to be helped, and when I got to the counter, she literally walked away and walked over to the subs and ignored me. I just left the store cause I was so disgusted at the treatment I just got. I don’t know her name, but it’s Saturday 11/23/24 6:06 pm. There were two gentlemen working in the sub department also. She was working in the chicken area, but she walked away from me after helping someone else and completely left me and an older white gentleman standing there. I walked away and the older gentleman walked away as well. They just lost 2 customers who were going to buy something. I feel very disrespected and left hungry. On to spend my money somewhere else!

The staff was the greatest. Seon came from the store 727 to help with the grand opening. The best customer service in the world. She is STELLAR. Nick our cashier was great. Josh helped bag and load. Im a loyal shopper here moving forward.

This is a new Publix that opened yesterday (11/15/23). It’s one of the large ones as well with self checkout lanes. The staff were nice and professional. The location is super convenient and is much needed in the area.

I always leave an extra 15-20 minute window for my online orders for subs, yet they usually won’t be ready. We order online FOR A REASON, and our time is not respected for these already pricey subs.

It may not be the deli’s staff fault, as they may simply be understaffed. This may fall under management attempting to get bigger bonuses? PLEASE staff the delay accordingly and adhere to the promised pick up times. Thank you

The store is like any other Publix, it is always very clean. It is a huge store. The deli and bakery are typically on opposite corners of the store, so that makes shopping in those areas take a lot longer. Selection is better than smaller stores. The traffic light in front of the store allows way too much time for exiting from the center, and causes awful traffic back-ups, all the way across 316. What used to be a 15 minute drive to my daughter's home can now take 35 minutes, as in heavy traffic times of the day, it will back up all the way to Fence Rd., and beyond. The center is always busy, but causes a traffic nightmare.

Today I ordered three sandwiches from the deli. One had tomatoes and wasn’t supposed to, then second had cranberry sauce and wasn’t supposed to. The third was supposed to be chicken salad with lettuce, tomato and pickles. Want to guess what they forgot? The chicken salad!! I had a sad salad on a sub roll. I called customer service who transferred me to the deli who said they would transfer me to customer service and then disconnected the call. I’ll not be going back to the deli. Just ridiculous!

This one star is for management. I always see most of yall walk around, over paid doing nothing. The deli sandwich associates are always busy. I feel bad for them. Can’t catch a break mean while I see management walking around doing nothing. All I’m saying is could yall do more for your employees?! One or two extra guys back there wouldn’t hurt.
