Elise far exceeded our expectations as a realtor. She is friendly, responsive, and super knowledgeable about Sacramento as a lifelong resident, and also has an impressive knowledge base when it comes to the mechanics of a home and of the trades. Due to relocating from out of state, we relied heavily on virtual tours of homes which Elise was well versed in. She was very adept at finding neighborhoods that would be a good fit for us given her knowledge of the area and our price point, and then was super thorough while touring homes and pointed out potential red flags/ inspection issues during tours which made us much more at ease with the home buying process from afar. When we last bought in a different city, our realtor did not come anywhere near this attention to detail. We also never felt pressured to raise the budget we’d settled on with Elise, and it wasn’t until we further understood the dynamics of the local market and that we would need to up our budget slightly that we made that determination of our own accord and our search was expanded. I appreciated this. Elise also has an impressive network of local tradespeople and inspectors which came in handy when some major electrical issues were uncovered during the inspection process. We were able to get an electrician out from afar for further inspection and to schedule the necessary work with her help. She also has a great sense of humor! Buying can be a stressful process, but Elise made it less so. We’re very happy with our home and my wife and I wholeheartedly recommend working with her.
