Haven’t had time to write a review for a while so we go. we are so happy and excited to live here. The building manager Elle, and maintenance supervisor Telly, have been so helpful over the three years we’ve lived here. Both have been very responsible, helpful, available, capable and reliable. There’s nothing that Telly can’t fix. The building is well maintained and right across the street a beautiful little park and beach area. A new park has just opened a few blocks away and there is a third park about to open four blocks away Best location in the city if you wanna live by the bay. Restaurants, coffee shops, pastry shops, bagel, shops, pizza and more all within walking distance. the chase center is only two blocks away and Oracle Park where are the San Francisco Giants? Is only 1 short mile walk. In addition, there’s another park that just opened right next to my McCovery cove lots more I can share, but you’ll just have to come and see oh bike room, weight room and an amazing rooftop area. If you wanna see the whole day from the Bay bridge all the way down south and across to Oakland.

We lived in the Martin apartments in Dogpatch for 3 years and only moved due to an overseas relocation.

The location is fantastic (near parks, public transit, and restaurants) and the facilities both within the apartment and more broadly (rooftop, gym, meeting rooms etc) are among the best in the area. The apartments are nicely appointed, light and spacious with quality fittings and finishings.

Importantly our experience with building management was excellent. We couldn’t speak more highly of Elle whose professional, attentive, and community-minded approach enhanced our time living at the Martin. Elle was an amazing help during our relocation back to Australia and went above and beyond to assist in our transition.

Scheduled an appointment for a tour. Had a confirmation from the leasing office. No one showed up at the scheduled time. After several attempts to call and waiting thirty minutes we gave up.

I lived at The Martin for three years in a two bedroom two bath unit facing the water. I had a wonderful time living there and stayed a lot longer than expected knowing I wanted to move back to the peninsula. The roof was a great spot to socialize and entertain. The location is incredible, especially once the park opened up and you could rent kayaks right next door. And the overall experience was positive. I very much enjoyed working with Elle once she joined the management team, she always did a great job helping me with any issues, questions or needs. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to live in the area.

Martin has excellent maintenance. Whenever we have had any type of problem in our apartment Telly has responded in a very timely and competent manner usually within 24 hours. Thanks for all the expertise and good work!

My husband and I moved into The Martin after living in temporary / corporate housing for < 2 months, and wowie has it been such an improvement in every way! Yessenia, the community manager, is seriously wonderful! From our unprepared drop in visit to take a tour of the apartment to our move in that involved a large moving truck (they were able to park out front, even on a Saturday)! Since then I've been very impressed with the resident updates and communications (especially during this shelter in place time) and the office / maintenance staff is always super quick to not only respond to your need but to address it! There is SO much awesome dog walking space, and two large parks where you can bring the dogs to hang! Its also within walking distance of some awesome bars / restaurants! Right now the hours are obvs limited, but once things are back in full swing check out; Moshi Moshi, Long Bridge Pizza, Daily Driver, Voodoo, and honestly anything around that area! Thanks for being such a wonderful home to us so far!

My family have lived here since last year and we love it! The management team is super friendly and the building is very well kept. I always see residents really enjoy events they hold. Just like any building, we ran into few issues with things not working in the unit but they always responded in a prompt manner and problems were resolved. Very pet friendly which I love!
