I lived with Public Investment for seven years, still the best prices I'm aware of in town for a one bedroom unit. My moveout process went smoothly with them being very fair in assessing the return of my security deposit. Whenever I needed maintenance work done and placed a work order, maintenance showed up timely (usually the next day) and were always professional.

I would rate 4.5 stars if I could, as the only complaints I have are that sometimes communication with the office was difficult such as emails or voicemails not being returned in a timely manner, but I imagine the office is just very busy!

I would recommend PIC to those looking for an affordable one bedroom apartment as long as the location isn't an issue.
