Terrible experience living here. Absolutely horrible management that doesn’t care about their tenants at all and only about making the bottom line. Got stuck with abusive and rude roommates and they did not offer reasonable accommodations such as allowing me to switch rooms, have the abusive roommate removed from the tenancy, or getting off the lease early. Once I eventually got off the lease, they are now charging me for damages the previous tenant did even though I have pictures of the damage from the day I moved in. Greedy people that only care about money and not about the safety of their tenants.

you get what you pay for. Not a good place for college life. The apartment itself, however, is relatively cheap. Office used to be within 2 minutes of walk distance from apartments, now it's 2 hours away. No ethernet connection sadly.

Also apartments' location is very inconvenient, you typically have to walk 5-7 minutes to the bus station since the entrance of apartments is facing the opposite side. Additionally, it is easy to get lost at night. You also usually have to walk 20-30 minutes, only because the location is inconvenient. Timbercreek apartments are very close; however, since they are located much more conveniently and have 2 exits (in front and back) it takes you 10 minutes less.

Well, I didn't see any redwoods or Palo Colorado. Sequoia were there but imported from Japan, so I don't think they count. Not that Toyotas don't deserve a place at the complex; they should be welcome as any other sports utility that takes up just too much of the parking space to cause a chain reaction down the line of askew parking jobs. I heard splashing, so there is either a pool or some odd accommodation that I can't quite put my finger on.

Architectural design: A cove? They didn't hit that one square. The complex has a popular orange door thing going on. Thankfully so, because, 'it's the blue apartments.' isn't a descriptor when every other complex in town is a shade of blue. Anyone living west of Warner Street should refrain from the aforementioned blue reference.

If YOU who live in the back are reading this then I hope you got those drinks that Taco Bell didn't provide, that I went out of my way to grab, and drive all the way back there with. You said, 'see you at my door', yet I didn't want to knock harder than I had already. Be Well!

I lived here from 2015 January to mid of 2016. The apartments are nice and the whole lease process was easy. The maintenance crew was prompt in responding to request. All the stuffs were awesome; specially, Catherine Lucu, the Property Manager is always a smiling face and very very helpful. If you're thinking on moving to Chico, I would definitely recommend Redwood Cove Apartments. I left this place with zero complains.

Yuri is awesome! She is always so quick to answer any questions I have! I live 6 hours away from Chico and will hopefully be moving in during the summer, she has been great with responding and making me feel comfortable from such a far distance!

The management is horrible. They will spam your email and phone when THEY need something out of you, however when you ask them to do a favor to help you ..silence. I’ve heard the people in the office have no idea what they’re doing so I’m not surprised. But It’s not that hard to answer a phone call, to return SEVERAL emails and voicemails. Good apartments but go somewhere where the office management actually considers you as a person and not a paycheck.

The management here is TERRIBLE! I have sent an application and have tried calling multiple times on multiple days and no one picks up the phone ever. I have left several voicemails and still no reply. To this day i have still not heard back.
