As a Leasee, I am completely disgusted by the way I have been treated by Norm and Valley Wide Homes Property Management Company. I have Wished that Fox Properties was still the Property Management Company. Lies have been told about me from the on site apartment manager Joey, and with those lies, Norm has given me Eviction Notices, and one notice after another, I’m looking So Forward to getting out of this apartment complex. I gave them 1 Star, but they don’t deserve it!! Also there is a cockroach infestation here, that I have been fighting to have Norm take care of, So Frustrating dealing with Norm! Hello, this might be quick in writing my review since I've only been using them a short time but wanted to share my experience to date. I signed with Valley Wide in February and within 3 weeks had a renter in my property. Norm has been great with following up with questions or concerns. Being this was my first time using a property management company, Norm was patient with me as I asked all of my questions. The Valley Wide owner portal is easy to use and provides me with data on my property that is helpful. Appreciate the help the company and Norm has been.

As much as i hate to leaving low review, as much i need to share my experience. Unfortunately Valley wide homes was managing my property for 2 months during which the house was vacant and they failed to get a tenant in a timely manner.
They weren’t proactive about adjusting the price on the market. I had to call and give recommendations routinely and at the end I switched to a different company.
Beside from that they were very respectful and responsive throughout the process

In searching for a property manager and confidant, I tried three services in the Fresno area. None of these other companies even came close to Norm Schendel and VWHPM. Service, qualified repair firms, and straight-up knowledge in today's tenant requirements and the law.

It's very hard to find good management company in Fresno. If you're a landlord and you're tired of poor management and communication, give Norm and his property management company a try. I invest in Fresno for over 7 years, they are by far the most responsive and professional management company that I've dealt with. Norm has done an excellent job getting my properties back on track!!

Norm and his team are the best team out there. They were very helpful and on top of everything. They made sure to help me find the best renters whom I can trust to take care of my house.
