A very nice young man packed my groceries and helped me to my car today. Don't know his name but my receipt says Brian was the cashier. Both young men are nice and an asset to your store. This is my favorite Publix! The staff are always so helpful and very customer focused. I’m super grateful to Rita and Zhanna in the bakery for helping me with last minute cupcakes for my son’s birthday! They went above and beyond to accommodate my request! I live closer to the Sugar Hill Publix but I always drive the extra 10 minutes to this location because of their customer friendly and positive attitudes.

This is why "Shopping is a Pleasure", it was the holiday season and I couldn't find SoCo Eggnog. I went to the customer service desk, and explained this was the 3rd store I had been store and I needed some help. The woman behind the counter checked the inventory on her app, and then called around to different stores, and after she found two containers she had the store at Sugar Hill hold them for me. That absolutely saved my day and I wish I could recall her name to honor her customer service. I had been to 2 other stores (not Publix locations) and was shooed away by the staff just saying they were out and then they walked away. This place lives it's mission, thank you!

We went to order a cake and showed them a picture they said they can make it and just bring the pearls. Two days before the event we went to give them the pearls and they told us they can’t make it and they were super rude to us. The manager Nelli came with an attitude telling my sister she can’t complain if they can’t make it two days before the event
